Greece is the word
WHO: ALL OF THE TEACHERS and their broods
TONE: FUN!?!?
RATING: M for Mature.
WHEN: 4th April to 7th April (ish)
WHERE: Murdoc's home in Greece
WHAT: A teacher meeting held in Greece! What could possibly go wrong?
STATUS: Ongoing.
[Murdoc isn't sure why the responsibility of hosting the meeting fell to him, honestly it already sounds like a terrible idea. He doubts any of them will either come up with sound lesson plans, work cohesively as a team or leave his home any wiser and more mature than they were when they entered. To him, it seems as if a couple of people just like the idea of visiting Greece. However, it's not as if he's going to pass up the chance to show off! And it's not like he doesn't have room to spare.
He's not going to be all that happy to have people there, but he's not a bad host. Everyone has a room and there's food and booze provided. Not to mention the fact that the beach and town are within walking distance, but why on earth would you want to live such a sick crib? Of course, given that he's a pureblood there's absolutely no technology or reception, but there's a pool and a near endless amount of rooms filled with nifty shit!
Regardless, if you aren't a kid you sure as hell aren't here to explore, so quit touching his stuff and get working.]

But nah, he's by the door, leaning against it, there to welcome everyone graciously inside.]
Get dirt on the floor and he'll probably eat your face. Just a friendly warning.

So where should I put my shit?

[Rose, of course, has a basket that includes some chocolates and fine wine.] Mother says never to stay at a place without offering a gift for such hospitality. I hope you are fond of chocolate and wine. The chocolate is from Switzerland and a bottle or two my mother had procured. I hope that you accept our humble gift.
I appreciate you letting us stay, Professor. It is quite gorgeous here.

So that's why they're both in the drawing room; Murdoc is off to the side, sitting in, in case he's needed. Otherwise, it's mostly just Bro and Gamzee working things out between them. Bro would be lying if he said he wasn't nervous. Apologies are hard. Apologies for things that are kind of fuzzy and didn't seem that big of a deal are even harder. Because honestly-
No, he's not going to start thinking about how dumb it is to hold a grudge over this. That's not going to be conducive to anything. The point is he fucked up and he needs to fix it so that he doesn't have a clown boy holding grudges against him for the rest of his life. Especially when said clown boy is currently a student at the school he works at and Murdoc has taken such a weird liking to him.]
So... How's it goin'?
[This is a good way to break the ice, he's sure. And by good he means completely and utterly stupid. He feels stupid. This whole thing is stupid. It isn't going to be easy, he can tell already. Fuck his hot life.]

At this particular moment, he's just coming up through the shallows, pushing his soaked hair out of his eyes and squinting down the beach to look for his towel, and the shades he left with them. Between the messy hair and the absent shades, it's a completely different image than he presents at school.]

But you know who else enjoys the beach? His dog. He's dropped down to sit in the sand for the moment, playing a rousing game of fetch with his overly enthusiastic german shepherd. It seems fairly boring for him, up until the dog leaps onto his lap and starts licking his face gleefully. That's what you get for being gone most of the year, Murdoc.]

Teen beach party is go!
[So, after he's certain he's told everyone(except maybe Eridan, cuz he doesn't need his annoying little bro ruining this), he's gonna make trips throughout the rest of the day setting everything up. Towels, some of the pool chairs, of course the alcohol, and a few other select things. He even went into town to get a few things for entertainment, despite thinking himself to be all the entertainment anyone would ever need. Especially since he's going to be bringing his guitar he got for his birthday! Play some good tunes for these fine folks and what not.]
[Once it starts to get dark, those who have decided to take Cronus up on the invitation will find him down on the beach, where he said the party would be located. He's got chairs set up, even a little bonfire going on. There's certainly a few open tubs with assorted bottles of alcohol, obviously enchanted to keep them cool. Cronus himself is sitting in one of the chairs, wearing nothing but his fabulous swimwear, strumming on his guitar as he waits. Not playing anything in particular, and even when some string of notes starts to sound like some sort of melody, it's like he gets bored of it and starts fussing with something else. Fucking musicians, amirite? As anyone approaches, he stops to greet them with that ever-present cheery smile, (overly)friendly as can be!]
((ooc: Feel free to either reply to Cronus, or even have your own sub-threads within it! Closed to the kids, no adults allowed to ruin the fun!))

DOWNTIME
no subject
She's relaxed enough that she isn't even keeping up the pretence of breathing, what air she does draw in light and erratic and just enough that she can hum a few bars of a tune that's stuck in her head (which, to anyone with a good ear, would quickly reveal itself to be Livin' on a Prayer). Her fingers tap gently against the arm of the sun lounger.
Anyone approaching, unless they're incredibly quiet, would find her turning to give them a cheerful smile and a small wave.]

[So, anyone who's in the pool, around the pool, or just in the vicinity of Cronus is definitely getting a look over and an unsettling smile of approval. Maybe even a wave over, because how can he possibly hit on you if you're that far away, I mean come on.]

Now, however, he's taken to poking around the more discreet areas of the house. He's curious about what this guys got hidden around here, maybe he'll find something worth more than the whole house.
He's currently slinking through the halls upstairs, hands raised as he creeps the halls in tipsy glee.]

Its somewhere between 3 and 4 am when she slips out of the house and down to the pool, and as she slips into the water she leaves her robe by the steps. There's just a pair of bikini bottoms on her, a smallest precaution because while she cares little about her own nudity she knows people aren't always as carefree as her. But breasts should be fine, really, breasts are just some extra fat. She's never seen the fuss people like to through about them.
Her strokes are long and lazy, water making her hair fall out of it's perfect curls into a wetter, wilder set. And eventually she comes over to the side and stares at the stars, arms crossed and pressed against the paving to keep her from floating, the faintest shine coming from her fake one.]
