Greece is the word
WHO: ALL OF THE TEACHERS and their broods
TONE: FUN!?!?
RATING: M for Mature.
WHEN: 4th April to 7th April (ish)
WHERE: Murdoc's home in Greece
WHAT: A teacher meeting held in Greece! What could possibly go wrong?
STATUS: Ongoing.
[Murdoc isn't sure why the responsibility of hosting the meeting fell to him, honestly it already sounds like a terrible idea. He doubts any of them will either come up with sound lesson plans, work cohesively as a team or leave his home any wiser and more mature than they were when they entered. To him, it seems as if a couple of people just like the idea of visiting Greece. However, it's not as if he's going to pass up the chance to show off! And it's not like he doesn't have room to spare.
He's not going to be all that happy to have people there, but he's not a bad host. Everyone has a room and there's food and booze provided. Not to mention the fact that the beach and town are within walking distance, but why on earth would you want to live such a sick crib? Of course, given that he's a pureblood there's absolutely no technology or reception, but there's a pool and a near endless amount of rooms filled with nifty shit!
Regardless, if you aren't a kid you sure as hell aren't here to explore, so quit touching his stuff and get working.]

[He's not pouting, he just looks dejected.] This wasn't even my idea.

[But he sighs, because goddamn it when you pull that stupid, dejected little look, it makes him feel a little guilty. So he'll just pull out his real notes, setting them on the table and balling up the porn and tossing it aside. An elf can find it or something, for all he cares.]
But fine, if it means that much to you, I'll take it seriously or whatever.

It does mean that much to me. [He smiles a tiny smile at him, raising an eyebrow at his notes.] What've you got so far?
no subject
[He shrugs though, and hands Murdoc his notes. I have no idea what sort of notes a languages professor has, so let's just say they're pretty solid and Murdoc should be impressed or something.]
A good bit, so it's not as if I was slacking off all that much.

[He raises an eyebrow, reaching over and tapping his nose to accentuate the last few words. He looks pleased as the notes are presented and he skims over them with a small smile.]
Excellent work, Strider. Pity I can't award points for it.

Strider?
no subject
[Also known as something he wants to discuss later. He's using his 'now is not the time' voice. Which generally means bedroom talk.]
Besides, it's a lovely surname and I enjoy sayin' it. [Though Murdoc Strider sounds stupid. He can't help thinking that.]

And hey now, Murdoc Strider sounds pretty damn awesome. Better than Dirk Ampora. That just sounds kind of weird.]
Should I start calling you Ampora then? It's a pretty damn fine surname, too. Really rolls off the tongue.
