Greece is the word
WHO: ALL OF THE TEACHERS and their broods
TONE: FUN!?!?
RATING: M for Mature.
WHEN: 4th April to 7th April (ish)
WHERE: Murdoc's home in Greece
WHAT: A teacher meeting held in Greece! What could possibly go wrong?
STATUS: Ongoing.
[Murdoc isn't sure why the responsibility of hosting the meeting fell to him, honestly it already sounds like a terrible idea. He doubts any of them will either come up with sound lesson plans, work cohesively as a team or leave his home any wiser and more mature than they were when they entered. To him, it seems as if a couple of people just like the idea of visiting Greece. However, it's not as if he's going to pass up the chance to show off! And it's not like he doesn't have room to spare.
He's not going to be all that happy to have people there, but he's not a bad host. Everyone has a room and there's food and booze provided. Not to mention the fact that the beach and town are within walking distance, but why on earth would you want to live such a sick crib? Of course, given that he's a pureblood there's absolutely no technology or reception, but there's a pool and a near endless amount of rooms filled with nifty shit!
Regardless, if you aren't a kid you sure as hell aren't here to explore, so quit touching his stuff and get working.]

I asked because I was... thinking about us moving in with him. That's the 'or something'. And I thought I'd talk to you and Dave both about it before just... deciding on it, since it's a pretty fuckin' big thing.

Sure, it's obvious that Bro's more serious about Murdoc than he's ever been about basically anyone. He'd have to be blind to miss that, and he prides himself on being observant.
He doesn't want to say no, not when he does actually like Murdoc, and the Amporas in general are tolerable. But he can't say he saw this one coming, and he definitely isn't about to give an enthusiastic yes.]
... What about our apartment?
no subject
The only thing standing in his way now is whether or not Dirk and Dave will actually go for it.
When Dirk speaks, Bro can't help but raise an eyebrow questioningly. All things considered, the apartment ought to be the last priority.]
What about it? It'll still be there. S'not like I'm gonna get rid of it.

But he doesn't know how to voice that without sounding petty and getting Bro to start needling him, so he just shrugs.]
Well, there's not enough space for them to move in with us instead, but why not get them to buy somewhere in England? It's more practical to live near the school, isn't it?
no subject
Don't you think asking them to buy a new house is impractical?
no subject
[There's no way to avoid sounding like he's completely against it, if they continue this conversation. Ugh.]
I dunno, Bro.
no subject
I'm not asking you to make a decision on it now. Take time to think about it. Please?

[And Dirk just falls awkwardly silent after that. What else is he supposed to say? He'd definitely not going to admit that he's nervous or anything like that.]
no subject
Thanks, man.
[He's not sure what to do now, so he just kind of stands there. They are both too alike for their own good sometimes.]
Yeah, so, uh. I guess I'll leave you to whatever it is you're gonna get up to now.

[Striders: Models of communication. At least they're trying.]
