Wake me up when September ends
WHO: Bruce and anyone who can get in the dorms
TONE: Fatigue and post-event winding down
RATING: PG-13 for potential language
WHEN: 2 October
WHERE: Ravenclaw 6th year boys dormitory
WHAT: After having spent a while as a girl only to then be subjected to the full moon weekend, Bruce is too wrecked to bother with classes and has opted to stay in the dorm for the Tuesday hiding in bed.
STATUS: [ONGOING]
Perhaps it was thanks to the rampaging hormones that had only just barely begun to settle before full moon, or because he was stressed over Hulk telling him to DIE (loudly at that, thankfully the goat couldn't speak any more) or people dropping dead and others coming back to life.
Whatever the cause, full moon had been especially nightmarish this time and Bruce could barely bring himself to open his eyes the next day, let alone drag himself back to his dorms from the Shrieking Shack before sunrise.
So it had come to be that he'd just given up on being a good student and had spent the entire day dead to the world in bed. It wasn't until close to dinner time that he even stirred, opting to stay curled up in bed with his drapes drawn and examining his new scars, making sure none were bleeding or potentially infected.

After grabbing two dinner rolls, and a plate of gravy for himself, Tony put together a small, simple serving of roast beef, mashed potatoes and peas. Then headed up to the tower and by extension the dorms.
Coming into the room, Tony didn't even try to see if Bruce was awake behind his curtains. He simply slipped in behind the curtains and sat at the bottom of the bed.
"Hey. Got some food for you to pick at and generally not eat."
He put Bruce's plate in his own lap as he broke one of his rolls in half then proceeded to dip it in his gravy and eat it. Not even commenting on how tired and out of sorts Bruce looked right now.

He grabbed his shirt and slipped it on to hide his marred torso before hesitantly taking a roll and tearing a piece from it, dipping it in the gravy and nibbling to see if his stomach would immediately revolt.
When nothing happened, he relaxed further and proceeded to eat more of the bread. "How were classes today?"

Tony's eyebrow raises ever so slightly as half of his own dinner is stolen. Not that he can really blame Bruce, because there was nothing better than warm bread rolls with gravy when there's not snack-sized fruit in the area.
"We have an assignment in Herbology, surprise surprise there. 40 on the devastating effects of aphids after they've feed on Alihotsy. Because hysterical tiny insects are apparently something we desperately need to know about.
Transfiguration we just need to read the next two chapters and practice the spell for turning balloons into fireflies. We also have practice OWLs for Arithmancy. We got twice as many sheets as the rest of the class. I'm not sure if we've done something to offend, or if we are just that much better than everyone else."
To 'get back at' Bruce for stealing his other roll, Tony dips some of his remained roll into his gravy then into Bruce's mashed potatoes before eating.

Chewing on it slowly, he relished in the flavor of juicy meat, of course not knowing tha this eyes were growing a hazy green with pleasure from feeding the carnivore.

Watching his eyes grow hazy, Tony almost smirks at the others face. He liked seeing Bruce look a little livelier, even if it was the excitement on the wolf's part to be getting fresh albeit cooked meat.
"You know. You suit that shade of green."

"Was he enjoying the meal? Yes. Was he looking to come out and eat me? Unlikely. Eating beef is hardly a stressful event."
He thinks for a second.
"Unless someone tells you it could be poisoned. That would make it a bit stressful."

"So, what was it like?"

Tony leans back against one of the beds posts as he continues to watch Bruce.

"Ah, no. That does sound pretty mild when it comes to confusion, for sure."
He dips his finger into the gravy then licks it off.
"Is there anything else you need?"

To say he's spread out a bit is an understatement.
But Bruce shows no signs of needing to vacate any time soon so really it's fair game. And surely he'd find the study relevant to his own interests.
