Wake me up when September ends

WHERE: Ravenclaw 6th year boys dormitory
WHAT: After having spent a while as a girl only to then be subjected to the full moon weekend, Bruce is too wrecked to bother with classes and has opted to stay in the dorm for the Tuesday hiding in bed.
STATUS: [ONGOING]

Perhaps it was thanks to the rampaging hormones that had only just barely begun to settle before full moon, or because he was stressed over Hulk telling him to DIE (loudly at that, thankfully the goat couldn't speak any more) or people dropping dead and others coming back to life.

Whatever the cause, full moon had been especially nightmarish this time and Bruce could barely bring himself to open his eyes the next day, let alone drag himself back to his dorms from the Shrieking Shack before sunrise.

So it had come to be that he'd just given up on being a good student and had spent the entire day dead to the world in bed. It wasn't until close to dinner time that he even stirred, opting to stay curled up in bed with his drapes drawn and examining his new scars, making sure none were bleeding or potentially infected.

"And you're a terrible actor." He rolled his eyes and leaned forward to poke Tony's cheek, smiling fondly.

[arrogantalloy]

He chuckles at the poking.

"Not at all, I'm an amazing actor. When I chose to act."

"Terrible, not amazing. Your 'public' smile is so fake it hurts to watch."

[arrogantalloy]

Tony pulls a face at him then sits up.

"Hey, you used to believe that smile like everyone else once upon a time."

He picks up the plate and moves it to the floor to save on any potential mess.

"I believed it for all of two seconds after you pulled it on me the first time we talked," he scoffed, stretching out his legs with the plate removed.

[arrogantalloy]

"Are you trying to tell me that you though eleven year old me had an obviously fake smile?"

[greenmoonrising]

He made an innocent look. "Who, me?"

[arrogantalloy]

"Yeah, you. Don't give me that look."

[greenmoonrising]

Eyes widening in a mockery of childlike innocence, he asks, "What look?"

[arrogantalloy]

"Don't act like you don't know, you're talking to the master of fake looks here."

[greenmoonrising]

"You're the mast of obviously fake looks."

[arrogantalloy]

"My looks aren't obvious."

[greenmoonrising]

"They are to people who know where to look."

[arrogantalloy]

"Then it's a good thing no one knows where to look"

He grabs the corner of Bruce's quilt cover and wrapped himself up into it, getting comfortable.

"I do- hey, if you're tired go to your own bed," he huffed, poking at Tony's side.

[arrogantalloy]

He tries to wiggle away from the poking, but doesn't get very far.

"I'm not tired, I'm just getting myself comfy."

[greenmoonrising]

"You should try to sleep at a normal hour tonight for once," he sighed, stopping the poking for a moment.

[arrogantalloy]

"I sleep when I'm tired, how isn't that normal?"

He gets more comfortable.

[greenmoonrising]

"You don't get tired for several days sometimes. That's not normal."

[arrogantalloy]

"I get tired everyday. I just have a lot of other things to focus on"

He shrugs and pokes his head more out from around the quilt cover to look at him.

[greenmoonrising]

"You're a crap multitasker too, you should learn how to focus on one thing at a time."

[arrogantalloy]

"I do. And that's generally what I'm working on."

[greenmoonrising]

"Somehow I have a hard time believing that." He poked at Tony's bundled up form with his toes. "Come on, go to bed."

[arrogantalloy]

He ignores the poking.

"Really? You. Have a hard time believing that I get overly focused on my projects? The one who's always hovering over my shoulder to make sure nothing I'm working with it flammable?"

"I don't stay focused on your projects - you take my things to add to your 'projects'. I don't want you ruining my stuff." Pokes more.
