WHAT: It's been one year since the Wizarding War and Hogwarts is holding a memorial for the Potter family who died saving their son, a little boy who defeated Lord Voldemort

The Great Hall if bright with candle glow, the tables are pushed back and at the head of the hall is a memorial display with simple pictures of a happy family and various vases and cups of flowers. The hall is not only filled with students and teachers, there are people from the Ministry there, former students of Hogwarts and anyone else who knew the Potter family. People are approaching the display, some walk away with tears, some with grim determination to live life to the fullest, and some laughing about the good times they had.

WHERE: The Three Broomsticks
WHAT: Students aren't the only ones who need to wind down too, and despite the fact that a lot of the students got in trouble for the party, Dumbledore decided that it's just what the teachers need to relax. So he rented out the Three Broomsticks for a night so they could have a night of fun. They were told it was a casual staff meeting, and Dumbledore being Dumbledore knows that a lot probably won't be done as far as discussing serious matters. But that's okay! As long as they relax and have a good time.

So basically it's a party disguised as a staff meeting!

There's magical karaoke set up and Dumbledore was even general enough to buy everyone a few free drinks, though eventually some have to be cut off and buy their own drinks. Don't take advantage of Dumbledore's generosity too much! So mingle, have a good time, maybe discuss a few problems if you feel so inclined.

So for this log there will be eight groups, 4 with 3 and 4 with 4. These groups were made using the people who replied to the post annoucing camp. We're not going to change any of these groups btw. MAGIC IS ALLOWED TO BE USED AT CAMP, SOME OF THESE OPTIONS WILL REQUIRE YOU TO USE IT. (sorry about the odd numbers, I forgot to add some people off my list)

[The teachers deserve a break, for some reason, and Dumbledore decided to go with something a bit more muggle. A karaoke station is set up, full of cheesy songs that will only embarrass you. There are an array of costumes on a rack if you're feeling adventurous with your musical career. Go ahead, do it, none of the teachers would ever admit to being too afraid to sing.]

What: Dave invited everyone over to a party while Bro's gone.

Since this was open for anyone to come at any time for any amount of time, I'm going to make separate threads for Monday-Friday and you can start threads or comment on other peoples' threads whenever your character would be there!

The flat is a one-bedroom flat, so almost everyone who comes will either be on the floor in Dirk and Dave's room (or sharing a bed with/sleeping in a bed instead of one of the boys), or else out in the living room/kitchen/Bro's room. Dave doesn't particularly care where you sleep, so long as moaning is kept to a minimum.

People can also go up on the roof to party, accessed by crawling out of the boys' bedroom window and up the fire escape, but I wouldn't suggest sleeping up there unless you want to wake up covered in pigeon shit.

Dave will be manning the turntables, music-wise, or else playing things from his computer. There's also a TV with video game systems, including ones that can play DVDs. He'll also be watching the drinks to make sure no one slips anyone anything. Purebloods will probably be in for some culture shock.

What's better than roleplaying? Roleplaying to make yourself a better person! Today, the teachers have to play out scenarios to help them think through what to do.

We're doing this sort of link a meme. Each teacher should have a comment and then a teacher will comment back with the scenario that they'll be playing out. The teacher who started the thread will be playing the teacher in each scenario. Use the random number generator to get your scenario and play it out. Each teacher is supposed to play something out with everyone, so try to tag everyone.

1. A student comes to you about a bullying problem.

2. You find two students fighting and have to safely put a stop to it.

3. A student is coming on to you.

4. What do you do when you catch a student cheating.

5. What do you do when the girls go wild with rumor spreading.

6. There's been a magical accident and a student has been hurt.

7. What do you do when you catch a student with drugs with drugs or alcohol.

8. What do you do when a fellow teacher is treating a student unfairly.

9. What do you do when two teachers are fighting.

10. What do you do when a student is being verbally or physically agressive towards you.

You have to have your bags taken up by hotel staff though, muggles would think it's weird seeing trunks float anyways. You finally arrive to your room, it's silent, eerily silent. Oh god have your roommates already killed each other and left you to clean up the mess?]

[Tavros, with his totally awesome duel disk is sitting beside his chair on the ground. However, he does have two mats spread out in front of him in which to play the actual card game on. Because as he found out playing with Karkat, it's really confusing using the actual duel disk to play with. So he is mainly wearing it for decoration. And because it makes him feel so cool. There is a second one beside him for his opponent to wear as well!

SO. He has set up the mats and he has a really large stack of cards ready in which to share with people. His dragon egg is in his lap as well, because he couldn't leave it alone to play cards. That would just be bad parenting.

He invited a lot of people, so he's really excited! Approach with extreme caution. He has fairies in his deck and is not afraid to use them.]
