WHERE:  The Lake.
WHAT:  After this Murdoc realised the children (and staff) of Hogwarts were in dire need of swimming lessons.
STATUS: Ongoing

[GATHER AROUND CHILDREN it's a warm summer day and the lake is perfect for diving into your sudden but inevitable deaths. You should all be dressed in your swimming trunks (which you clearly have don't even lie) because Murdoc sure is. He's determined to conduct this in the best manner he can, though he wasn't quite expecting the turn out to be so large. People who can swim are welcome to become his assistants because he could probably use the help.]

[He does come closer. It was all out of curiosity really. At some point he will be right beside her.]

I take it you have no intention to ever get in the water.

[A gasp, and Ib jumps right at her spot. She completely had not noticed him at all!]

Ah!

[coffeewithtea]

[That isn't the type of reaction he is use to. Or even one he expected. Perhaps no one else had upon this girl yet.]

I didn't really expect you'd be so surprised.

[remembertheroses]

S-sorry! I did not see you.

[A short bow of the head; Ib was raised to be polite by her country's customs.]

[He should have been more polite but somehow he turned out like this.]

Oh. I sort of sneaked up on you. Still I expected a different reaction.

[She...doesn't know what to say to that, so she's going to stare back at him now.]

[And he will stare at her. Did this make them friends now? He would hold out his hand for a handshake then.]

[Stare. Intently.

And then shake his hand when offered.]

[And now he would shake her hand animatedly.]

So, like what's your name?

I am Ib Amano. It is a pleasure to meet you.

[coffeewithtea]

[He has yet to let her hand go. Instead he keeps on shaking it.]

And should I introduce myself now?

[remembertheroses]

[Ib is slightly unsure now, but she'll keep letting him shake her hand.]

I-if you want to.

[coffeewithtea]

[He thought to shake it until she finally wanted her hand back but maybe she wasn't the sort to put an end to this.]

Right, I am Ka Lung.

[remembertheroses]

[He's right about that.]

It is nice to meet you, Ka Lung.

[coffeewithtea]

[After a moment he would let her hand go. His own arm was growing tired.]

Nice to meet you too. So, what are you working on?

[remembertheroses]

[And so was hers. She immediately slipped her hand behind her back, almost as if she was afraid he would start shaking it again.]

I was drawing.

[coffeewithtea]

[He wouldn't. That would be strange. Well, stranger.]

The lake?

[remembertheroses]

[A nod. She was a bit unsure about Ka Lung, and being the shy thing she was she preferred to keep silent.]

[It was fine. He could do all the talking if it was needed.]

Have you been working on it for long?

[remembertheroses]

[That might just happen. Ib just shakes her head, no she hadn't been working on it by her definition of long. She's been drawing for nearly 30 minutes though.]

[coffeewithtea]

I see. I got a peek at it before. It looks pretty good. At least I couldn't draw like that.

[remembertheroses]

[He might've said the magic word there. She perks up slightly at that.]

Do you like to draw as well, Ka Lung?

[coffeewithtea]

[What luck!] Maybe when I shouldn't.

[Like when he is suppose to be studying or doing homework. Not that he failed to get those things done still he did waste plenty of time doodling away.]

Nothing like you draw. Usually it is various characters from things I've seen on television.
