WHERE:  The Lake.
WHAT:  After this Murdoc realised the children (and staff) of Hogwarts were in dire need of swimming lessons.
STATUS: Ongoing

[GATHER AROUND CHILDREN it's a warm summer day and the lake is perfect for diving into your sudden but inevitable deaths. You should all be dressed in your swimming trunks (which you clearly have don't even lie) because Murdoc sure is. He's determined to conduct this in the best manner he can, though he wasn't quite expecting the turn out to be so large. People who can swim are welcome to become his assistants because he could probably use the help.]

Oh, you haven't had formal training then? That's awesome for being self taught.
[He graciously doesn't say anything and begins to strum the guitar and hum instead.]

No, it's just a hobby. I picked it up because it seemed like the thing to do, you know? As part of... my look. I mean, there's no way I'm writing poetry, so yeah. [He shrugs one shoulder]

[He looks like he's about to suggest a song, then he shrugs again, shaking his head] Anything you want is fine.

I didn't think that hobbies had to coincide with your look. I always thought hobbies were done just for enjoyment. But hey, if it makes you happy go for it.
[He notices the hesitation and wonders why. It's just a song and Marshall won't judge.]
You sure? Well, tell you what..I'll pick one and then you pick one. How does that sound hmm?
[He begins strumming the guitar and playsBloodflowers"> from The Cure. It seemed like a song Eriq would be into and he did mention he liked The Cure...]

[Funny thing was that he had been about to request a song from The Cure. But with all the stuff going on with Aranea, and his own conflicted emotions, it almost felt like it was an admission.]

[This song, however, suited his mood just fine. Lowering his eyes, he pulled his knees up to his chest, hugging them tightly and pressing his face into them, just listening to the music]

[Marshall notices that Eriq seems kinda down. He finishes the song and sets the guitar down beside him.]
