WHAT: There is a huge festival the whole week to let students get school supplies. People from all over are flocking to Diagon Alley for the best deals. That means you might meet new people or see old friends!
STATUS: Ongoing!

[Tony shrugs, not being condescending just speaking normally]

[Gives a long suffering sigh and rolls his eyes, answering flatly:]

Who knows, maybe I'm interested in boys.

[Tony raises an eyebrow at him.]

I guess. But, where's the fun in that?

[He picks up a sprig of witch hazel and looks at it idly.]

[Shrugs and leans forward to examine a jar of newt eyes.]

Is there meant to be fun involved?

There's more fun in getting a girl to like you. They also have better outfits.

I mean really, getting you guys to date me would be easy.

[Snorts and puts the jar in his basket.]

Whatever you say. Should I be expecting you to wear girl's underwear soon like everyone says Professor Donoghue does?

Hell no. I enjoy looking at it, not wearing it.

And god, really? I know people say it, but I don't need that image right now.

You started this by saying you could get guys to date you - he's a guy, who's rumoured to have a penchant for things silk and lacy, would you ever tap that?

I'm many things. But up for a May/December with some old, grumpy ex-auora, isn't me.

In fact, it's kind of gross.

[Shrugs and approaches counter to make purchases.]

[Puts the witch hazel back and then follows Bruce to the counter]

Why are you shrugging at that? Do you want me having kinky thoughts about a Dark Arts professor?

[Makes purchases and tucks goodies away in his bag - mm, experiment materials - and glances up at Tony.]

You said you got Jarvis to buy your supplies right?

Yup. Including some extras. Why?

I'm hungry and I'm done shopping - if you don't have anything better to do let's go get lunch.

[arrogantalloy]

For you, I never have anything better to do.

[Tony heads to the door not going too fast as he wants to hear Bruce's reply]

[He follows closely enough - mainly so his eyes can't stray to ogle Tony's rear ohgodhedidnotjustthinkthat-.]

Uh... one of the cafes maybe... They have some okay sandwiches.

Why don't we just go to the Cauldron and get something that's better than okay?

[He jerks his thumb in the direction of the Leaky Cauldron as he gets outside.]

I guess. [Shrugs and turns in the pointed direction.]

Did you come by yourself? I'd have thought Jarvis would be keeping an eye on you in case of kidnappers or something...

[Tony starts heading to the Cauldron.]

Moments like these I'm actually safe on my own. What with there being just far too many people out and about, and with how likely I am to make a scene.

Guess it's just not worth it.

Not only that, but really, have you ever seen me come out for these back to school things before?

I guess not.

[Rubbing the back of his head, just keeps in step with Tony.]

Excited to head back for school?

[arrogantalloy]

As excited as you can be able spending 9 months in a place that doesn't have electricity.

[He looks over at Bruce.]

Actually, I am. I'm going to try out for Quidditch.

[greenmoonrising]

You, Quidditch? Really?

[Looks genuinely surprised as he moves so he's walking next to Tony, pushing the door to the Leaky Cauldron open.]

I thought you hated sports.

[arrogantalloy]

I don't hate it so much as find it less than interesting as something to watch. But really, when it comes down to it. The need to be on a broom is kind of the guiding star here. Not only that but I wanna see if being in a sport is more interesting than just being around when it happens.

And besides. I like soccer. That's a sport, or small scale thuggery.

hey, come on. Try outs haven't even started. For all I know they could be all guys.
