WHAT: There is a huge festival the whole week to let students get school supplies. People from all over are flocking to Diagon Alley for the best deals. That means you might meet new people or see old friends!
STATUS: Ongoing!

As excited as you can be able spending 9 months in a place that doesn't have electricity.

[He looks over at Bruce.]

Actually, I am. I'm going to try out for Quidditch.

You, Quidditch? Really?

[Looks genuinely surprised as he moves so he's walking next to Tony, pushing the door to the Leaky Cauldron open.]

I thought you hated sports.

[arrogantalloy]

I don't hate it so much as find it less than interesting as something to watch. But really, when it comes down to it. The need to be on a broom is kind of the guiding star here. Not only that but I wanna see if being in a sport is more interesting than just being around when it happens.

And besides. I like soccer. That's a sport, or small scale thuggery.

... Tell me honestly - how many girls are on the team?

hey, come on. Try outs haven't even started. For all I know they could be all guys.

We're in the house of bookworms. The guys don't work out much. [Snerks.]

I'm a guy and a bookwork. I work out.

[Grins at the smirk, because installing car engines isn't for noodley arms.]

And you aren't exactly squidgey 'round the middle yourself.

[Tony pokes at Bruce's side playfully.]

[Squawks and bats Tony's hands away.]

That's because I don't each much, not because I work out.

Steve doesn't eat that much either, and hard glares can snap him. No, no. you're pretty fit.

[Tony is so chuckling at the reaction.]

Okay, hey. Complimenting here. There's no need to go dismissing that.

You're a puppy in his prime, here. We should start running in the morning or something just so girls can see you all athletic and sweaty.... Or guys. So people can see you being all trim and glistening.

[Tony opens the door to the cauldron for Bruce to go in first.]

For the hundredth time, I am not a puppy.

[Huffs and moves past Tony into the dim establishment, heading for a corner booth table.]

You are always so uptight.

[Tony shakes his head then follows him in. Flopping down into the booth almost on top of Bruce once he's sat down.]

Think there's a chance of Panini?

[Ignores the comment and shoves at Tony good-naturedly to make room for the both of them in the booth.]

Maybe, the menu here's pretty random and I'm half-convinced they change cooks on a weekly basis.

Probably because something here eats them.

[He grabs a menu and looks at it lazily]

That or they end up in their cooking eventually.

[Glances through menu, appetite for once at a normal state.]

Still ends up with them being eaten, just by us instead.

Hmm I'll bangers and mash it I think. Maybe they'll put peas in the mash, that always amuses me.

Why? [Blinks with confusion, waving down a waitress for them and ordering a BLT sandwich.]

[Orders the B&M while the girl is over, and a drink.]

Because it looks like my mash is moldy.

[This is the kind of life he's lived. Mixing foods is a novelty.]

Only you would still eat it after thinking like that.

[Rolls eyes and props his chin in hand, glancing at the people in the area.]

[Tony couldn't care less about the people around him, instead he reclines more into the booth, getting comfortable.]

I still know their peas. Doesn't make it any less funny.

Halloween must be a riot to you then. All those jelly eyeballs and gummy worms.

Believe me. I get one hell of a kick out of it.

So, how's your stress been of late. I mean, I'm going to assume it's going okay. What with the colour in your cheeks and all.

[Shrugs and gives a small smile.]

Yeah, I think I'm getting better at staying calm. Or how to stay unaffected at least. It helps that full moon isn't for a week at least.

[Tony sits there and thinks for a second]

Ever thought of sleeping pills? Or haven't they worked?
