WHAT: There is a huge festival the whole week to let students get school supplies. People from all over are flocking to Diagon Alley for the best deals. That means you might meet new people or see old friends!

[Tony isn't here for school supplies, that was gotten by Jarvis the moment the owl came to his house with the letter. No, Tony's here because he's after a new broom.
So for the moment he's looking over the ones in the window, while eating some packet blueberries.]

Don't tell me you're not getting some fancy custom made broom.

[He does jump a little, because damn she's quiet and sneaky. He turns and looks at her, with a slight shrug.]

Custom brooms don't offer what I want. You can have them fast, but they aren't perfect in corners, or they can corner but I could ride a seagull and get a smoother flight from them.

[Then he smirks, and raps on the window with a knuckle.]

Also, these don't have charms to stop you altering them.

Are you going to buy one and alter it? If you do it better light up on the pitch every time Ravenclaw scores.

This is my face not being not even surprised that you know I was thinking of trying out for the team this year. How do you even know? Also, don't you think lighting up my broom is just a bit much?

I pay attention, especially to anyone who would be trying out for the same team I'm trying out for. I need to know that I'll be on a competent team. You're Tony Stark, I expect it to be just a bit much.

Competent team, huh. So then we're happy I'm trying out, or not? Well, all my other brooms had they're own style. This one wont be any different to them.

I can't judge you fully, I'm not the same year so I never saw how you did in flying class.

I'm intrigued. If we both make it, then it wouldn't be boring, that's for sure. How many brooms do you own?

Somehow I'm hurt that no one has ever felt the need to speak in awed tones about my skill on a broom.

That I still can fly? maybe four. In total, probably about six. I'm in the market for number seven though.

But I don't know if I'm happy enough with anything here. And I really can't wait till I'm old enough to make my own.

I wish I had a broom, a fast one!

That so? Any reason you can't have a fast broom at all?

[She blushes slightly and giggles.] Ve~ my sister wouldn't let me have one, I'm too clumsy! I keep falling from the school brooms.

Well I wouldn't use that as a yard stuck of clumsy. I've flown on safer fireworks.

But really, have you even sat on a proper broom?

No. I'm really, really clumsy... and I'm a little bit scared of heights. But I wouldn't let that stop me!

[At least in theory. Whether she would actually fly is a different matter.]

[Tony grins a little more, not planing to miss an opportunity with a girl.]

Well, do you want to sit on one inside? I'm sure they'll let you sit on a hovering one. And hey, if you fall, I can catch you.

Nah, we had to be all learning first year. [popping the blueberry in his mouth with a grin] But I ain't no good at it, being that high, you know?

That kind of high at least. Are you really telling me that flying doesn't thrill you in the slightest?

[He pops a few of his own blueburries into his mouth]

Because really, as much as I enjoy the heights you and I 'soar' too, I'd take the broom over it in a heart beat.

I don't really got my remember on for it. [admits with a shrug] It disappeared through one of them motherfuckin' holes in my pan, 'cause I done run into a wall and took a sweet nap up in them clouds.

[And had broken some limbs when he'd fallen to the ground, unconscious.]
