Ah, the sound of music. It's not always a pretty sound- definitely not. While there are plenty of good bands at the festival, there are also plenty of pretty awful ones trying to make it big. But that's okay, because it's still a good time! Look at all of those stages, look at all that festival food. Four days of music, fun and awesomeness! So walk around, enjoy the music, maybe enter the singing competition they have each day.

But wait! Even if you aren't musically inclined, guess what? Shortly after arriving, you begin to feel the sudden urge to sing, too, even if you might sound like a dying whale. Eventually the urge is going to get so great that you just have to break out into song. Or you might just sing randomly throughout the day, if you give into the feelings. It really depends on your willpower! Either way, you will sing. It looks like all the spells used to make this happen have had unintended side-effects.

That won't stop you from having fun though, right?

[A PROFESSOR? OUT OF SCHOOL? It is like seeing a snitch in a muggle game of football! UNTHINKABLE. Luckily, Bro isn't on Thor's shitlist, but it's still jarring.

He feels like he should say HELLO PROFESSOR or run as many other students would feel the need to, but he's only compelled to sing back at him, he even pulls an indignant face as he does.]

I am going to be the mane event- like no king was before. [His voice is a little uncertain now.] I'm brushing up on looking down- I'm working on my ROAR.

[Did he just roar at his professor? Yeah. He did.]

[No, you can't say hello! If you break role, he'll be annoyed, since obviously this is a huge effort he's going through to participate- even if it's coming off weirdly easily. This is stupid- but it's totally ironic so he guesses he doesn't mind.

And wow. He just got roared at. He can't help but let out a slight chuckle, before going back to the stern Brozu voice. It's hard not to- that was fucking hilarious.]


Thus far, a rather uninspiring thing.

[Though Thor had enjoyed the lion king- hell, he’d even related to Simba a little. Though he can’t imagine the devastation of losing his father, there are certainly familiar elements. However, despite his enjoyment of the movie, he hadn’t quite taken to it well enough to passionately recite lines whilst in character.

He feels himself pout a little as Bro seems vastly unimpressed with the roar, doing a small frustrated jig as he belts out:]

OH I JUST CAN’T WAIT TO BE KIIIING. [He pauses, taking a small breath before forcing a sing songy voice to say the words he ACTUALLY wants to say.] I cannot say that I quite intended for that to happen, Sir.

[Oh is it over? Bro has a bit of a harder time getting out of it than Thor does, stuttering over the next few lines before coughing and shaking his head, trying to resist the urge to keep going.]

Yeah, no, uh. It wasn't on my end either. [But...He shrugs.] It was pretty fun. You don't look like the type to watch muggle movies though. What's up with that?

[brothor]

[Thor is trying so very hard not to chuckle at his professor, but it's very nearly impossible. He shudders out a muffled chuckle before smothering it under a smile.]

Most excellent! [He claps his hands together triumphantly.] Stark has introduced me to a particular few, sir. They are quite to my liking, as I am very fond of lions.

[plushaeusrumpified]

[He sees you trying not to laugh. You're not as subtle as you think you are, Thor. But he doesn't mind, because he can fully admit that little thing was kind of funny.]

Tell Stark he's a good man- and tell him to introduce you to Dumbo. I feel like you would really like that movie.

[brothor]

I shall tell him nothing of the sort! He is not at all deserving of such fond praise.

[Look at him getting all huffy.] He said the same. I feel as if I should be suspicious of these recommendations.
