WHO: Sherlock Holmes & Tony Stark
TONE: Bros
RATING: PG
WHEN: Around now
WHERE: Ravenclaw 6th year boy's dorm
WHAT: Sherlock's still writing sad music. Tony's got a lot of good going for him.
STATUS: WIP
Sometimes Sherlock did not like words. They were ambiguous, they often carried more than one possible meaning and inference could always be made on honesty. It was for that reason that he preferred music when words would not do. Sometimes when he was angry he just made noise on the violin, screeching out nonsense in place of the static of his rage. When he was happy, there were many songs he knew that would either garner him praise or simply transmit that feeling of approachability and merriment. Though he knew sad songs, none of them felt quite right for this particular wordlessness. Some were sad with an underlying anger, some were sad with despair writing in between the measures. That wasn't what this was. So there was little else to do but make the sounds himself until they made sense and were expressed and existed outside himself as something tangible and real.
He spent most of his free time on it, only ceasing when demanded to by other students. He really didn't care that he was annoying them; he had more important things to do.

He looked up at the tree. "What now, then?"

He sighs then pulls out his wand.
"For the record, I'm going with you every step of the way. If I'm going to give you the key's to Houdini's trunk here, then I might as well go along for the right.

He rolls his eyes.

"Do you really think I'm that stupid? Or irresponsible?"
He pauses and thinks for a second.
"Don't answer that. Okay fine, whatever."
He flicks his wand at the tree with the immobilising charm and walks off towards the tree without handing over his wand.

"I wonder if this is considered kidnapping: you being 14 and me being 17 and getting you away from Hogwarts during term."

Tony smirks as he soon disappears into a hole at the base of the tree. As flippant as Tony was, he was very aware that he had been taken at least 4 times in his life. And while Tony's generally left alone in the UK he was also never without an escort. However Tony's happy to believe he's safe.
He walks easily along the dark corridor, clearly knowing the path.

"This is the UK, I'm pretty sure the people we'll be near won't even have heard of Stark Industries, let alone Tony Stark.... New York is beyond them."
It doesn't take very long for Tony to come out into the Shack.
"Voila, the Shrieking Shack"

"Cozier than I would have thought but otherwise brilliant."
He's quite excited and distracted for a moment, poking around in things and climbing up on old furniture.
"I'm even more mad than ever you kept this from me."
no subject
"I keep a lot of things from a lot of people. When you're Bruce, I'll let you know everything. Welll..."

Sherlock hopped down from the dresser he'd climbed and stood before him. "Still resolute on coming with me?"
no subject
Tony straightens his shirt and nods.
"Yeah, 'resolute'. Let's go."

"Okay, what, we're holding hands now?"

He pulls his wand out of his pocket and holds it up, but not out to Sherlock.

"Okay, so where from here?"

Tony gives him a 'be serious' look.
