WHAT: Nick is chilling around the school and people should come bother him.

[The Halls, probably near Slytherin dorms.]
[Nick has found himself a clean, empty patch in the hallway and he's making himself up a neat little one man casino. Currently he seems to be engaging in a game of solitaire, he's grumbling to himself as he does but he's actually pretty damn good at it. Honestly, he doesn't really look like he wants to be bothered, unless you happen to look like he could win some money off you. Or anything, really. Cards are more fun if you're winning against someone, afterall.]

[Out of Grounds]
[Nick is a model student. That's why he's out here lighting a smoke with his wand and hoping to God nobody catches him. It's a terrible habit, and he really should stop, but he sure as hell isn't going to appreciate being told. Or caught, for that matter.]

[Library]
[If you happen to be studying here and look like you have more than half a brain in your head, Nick is going to be seating himself in front of you and trying to coaxe you into doing his homework for him.]

[Ellis coughs when Nick blows the smoke in his face, waving his hands in the attempt to blow it away. He sputters for a few moments, trying to get clean air into his lungs, and then gives Nick a look.]

That was just mean, man. This is why people don't like smokers! They all pollute the air and crap and make it hard to breathe. And you ain't gonna punch me, cuz then you'll get in even MORE trouble.

[Nick is going to return that LOOK with an unimpressed expression.]

Yeah, people hate smokers because they get up in their GOD DAMN faces when they walked all the way out here to smoke in peace. That reeeeally sounds like the smoker's problem.

[He scoffs.] What, you gonna tattle on me? What a baby.

Hey, just 'cuz you're all the way out here don't mean nobody can smell it, anyway! I bet the teachers can smell it, they have noses like dogs!

[He shifts a little uncomfortably.]

If they do then why have I never been caught before? Hey! Maybe they don't give a crap, maybe you're the only person in the entire world who does.
