[The Halls, probably near Slytherin dorms.]
[Nick has found himself a clean, empty patch in the hallway and he's making himself up a neat little one man casino. Currently he seems to be engaging in a game of solitaire, he's grumbling to himself as he does but he's actually pretty damn good at it. Honestly, he doesn't really look like he wants to be bothered, unless you happen to look like he could win some money off you. Or anything, really. Cards are more fun if you're winning against someone, afterall.]

[Out of Grounds]
[Nick is a model student. That's why he's out here lighting a smoke with his wand and hoping to God nobody catches him. It's a terrible habit, and he really should stop, but he sure as hell isn't going to appreciate being told. Or caught, for that matter.]

[Library]
[If you happen to be studying here and look like you have more than half a brain in your head, Nick is going to be seating himself in front of you and trying to coaxe you into doing his homework for him.]

Yeah, I'm not copying it out for you. You're going to get a vanishing ink copy, and you're re-writing it out yourself. Because I'm not going to get into crap for you handing something in with my handwriting.

One of these days I gotta get on that copy quill. I almost had it, then it kind of vomited ink everywere and died. Ever had to get ink out of cat fur? It ain't pretty.

I try to avoid cats, so it's not something I'd really try.

And how do you even get a copy quill to vomit on a cat? I thought they were easy to use.

[Tony raises an eyebrow at him curiously.]

Trust me, I try too. Not big on the cats, they get fur all over everything. Like clothes. Nice clothes.

[Nick tightens his mouth into a frown before he responds defensively.] Woah, hey. Kinda getting off track here aren't we?

[Tony smirks at him.]

Just getting of your track. When do you need it by?

I started the conversation, my track is the one this gravy train is on.

[He rolls his eyes]

It'll be ready in two days.

[He pushes his chair out and stands.] Gotcha.

Anyway. I got other shit to deal with, I'll go send that letter to my pa now. Should get your shit in a week or so. [He shrugs and turns away.] Later.

[Rolling his eyes, Tony pulls his book towards himself and opens it up.]

Yeah, enjoy your cigarette break.
