[He didn't care if it was illegal or anything to have people from other Houses in the dorms or whatever. House loyalty didn't really matter to Karkat Vantas, he just saw it as a way for people to be superficial about their pride. So it probably came as no surprise to any other members of the Gryffindor House that he casually stalked through the common room with a Hufflepuff in tow. Getting Tavros up to the 3rd year dorm had been a task and a half, but they eventually got there, even if Karkat had to ask for help.]

[Gamzee gives the Hufflepuff a wide-eyed concerned look.] Oh, man, no, motherfucker, you got to be getting something all down your protein chute. Else you'd get all dead-wise! Anyway, ain't no big deal if you got fat, you'd still have your sweet motherfuckin' rap skills.

Uhhh, well I do eat! But I meant, uh, if I eat more, then I would get fat. But, that is a good point too.

Getting fat's no big deal. [Like he can talk. Karkat's got a little bit of pudge on him but that's only because Aunt Di feeds him so well.] So you've got a little more body on you, what about it?

Yeah, motherfucker, we'll all still be loving you. [grinning at Tavros over Karkat's shoulder (and Gamzee will probably never have to worry about being fat - the boy has a metabolism like a race horse), and then pinching the Gryffindor's belly lightly, sniggering]

[John nods in approval at what Gamzee and Karkat say.] The only important thing to remember is that cake and baked goods should be avoided at all costs.
