WHERE: The brew hall in Mechanisburg, Germany
WHAT: Mamma's invited the staff and students of Hogwarts to join in with the New Year's eve party at her old brew hall! Families are welcome, the waitresses adore children!

Festivities were in full swing at Gkika's brew hall - the dancing girls on stage being cheered on by the bar patrons, the beer wenches mingling in the crowd and deliberately thickening their accents for tourists. The music was lively as to be expected, there were drinks and food aplenty. What more could you want?

Gkika herself was donning her 'Mamma' clothes as she circulated the crowd, making sure people were behaving themselves and not hesitating to bodily throw out those who didn't, all with a big grin on her face.

[Mamma's more than happy to have Jack there - she even gives him the okay to join the girls on stage if he wants to show his cancan skills. Once he's around her general area again, she approaches with a large bottle of rum and two glasses.]

Care for a drink vit Mamma?

[He tries, however, he can't seem to get his legs up high enough. That just makes him want to fall over. So he's going to turn his attention to the beautiful woman with the beautiful booze.]

I thought you'd never offer. [He flashes her what he thinks is a charming smile.]

Hyu seemed busy. [Chortles and gestures for him to sit at one of the few unoccupied tables, quickly filling the glasses with generous servings of rum.]

Are hyu havink a goot time den?

I can always make time for a lovely lass like yourself.
[He swaggers over, practically falling into one of the chairs and chinhandsing at the rum.]

I am having an excellent time.

Das iz goot! [GRINS and passes him one of the glasses, raising hers' in toast.]

To de new year!

To the new year! [He bellows, throwing his glass upward.]

May it be filled with my accomplishments!

[Chugs, smacking lips loudly with a pleased:]

Aaaaah! Dot's de stuff!

[He chugs as well, finally pulling away from his drink for a gasp of air.]

Where on earth do you find this stuff, love?

Hy brew most ov eet myself but de odders Hy buy from de locals. [WINKS and refills their glasses.] Iz verra goot ja?

You. [He points at her.] Need to teach me the sorcery behind home brewing.

Eet takes time und patience, dollink. Both ov vhich Hy have noticed you possess leetle ov. [Winks.]

I've plenty of time, thank you very much! And my patience is subjective! [He twitches his moustache in displeasure.]

[Snorts and pats him on the back hard enough to bowl him over.]

If hyu iz dot interested, Hy am happy to teach!

I most certainly am! There's absolutely no downside to being able to brew my own ale!

You'll really help me? [He raaaaaises a curious brow.]

Ov cawze! [Beams.]

You're a good woman. [Sly grin.]

Hyu chust realized dot? [LEERS.]

There's no harm in stating the obvious sometimes. [He grins wider.] S'nice to hear, isn't it?

H'oh ja, verra moch! [GRINS and gives him a BIG WET KISS on a cheek, leaving a bright red lipstick stamp behind] Danke, sveethott~

[He straightens up as she kisses him, he can't actually grin any wider. He looks giddy with self satisfaction as he gives her a wobbily smirk.] No need to thank me, love. I'm just being honest.

Hyu are a goot man, Jack. [GRINS, so very pleased with him.] Tink hyu vill schtick around for a few days? Hyu can help me start on the cider for spring.

You're the first person to say it. [He sniggers and shrugs.] I've got no plans! I'm yours for the week! [Hope you like moochy hobos.]

Wunderbar! [Claps him hard on the back, pouring more rum for the both of them.]

[Not such a good idea, Mamma! He's going to hit the table hard enough to jitter their drinks and stay there for a while.]

[Pokes him her tankard.]
