Party Rock in da houuuuuuse toniiiight

WHO: Dean Winchester, Marshall Lee, anyone fourth year or older
TONE: Fun! It's a party.
RATING: PG-13 at most for language and shenanigans
WHEN: 8 September
WHERE: One of the unused classrooms
WHAT: Consider it a "we survived the first week of school" party
STATUS: On-going.

Dean and Marshall discussed throwing during the first weekend back at school. And guess what? They are. It was Dean's task to handle invites, which he did--to students in the fourth year and up, save for the Prefects and the Head Boy/Girl. The invites also instructed students to come to the party alone; groups of loud students would be suspicious! There are spells cast to make the classroom sound proof.

There's also an entrance fee of ten sickles. Seem a bit extreme? You're paying for quality. There's great music and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

(OOC Note: Many of the Ravenclaws invites (with the exception of Tony's) insinuated that this was in fact a study session. Not a party. Surprise!)

For thinking that this stupid thing was actually going to be a study group. Of course it wouldn't. Late at night, in an empty distant classroom.

[She shakes her head at herself.]

Well all of the Ravenclaws thought it was a study group, except for Stark. If the whole lot told you it was one, and they don't seem the sort to lie, then you shouldn't be too hard on yourself.

Come on, let's head back before it's too late and we get caught by Peeves or something.
nobodyscrumpet: (015 Hmmm?)

We're also meant to be the clever house that sees things in a way others don't. I just accepted it.

[She sighs then nods.]

That sounds like a very good idea indeed.

You know better than that now. I'd honestly take everything Stark says with a pinch of salt. That bastard knows how to twist the truth well enough, he's as tricky as they come.

[And he starts to escort her back to Ravenclaw tower, eyes and ears peeled for any signs of Peeves. However, he doesn't like seeing her so down though; it didn't suit her at all.]

Cheer up Victoria, we all make mistakes every now and then, some of them quite silly too.

Everyone says it, not just him.

But looking back, it was really obvious. I should have known. How could I cheer up after this?

Well, you won't fall for something like this again. I'd say that's something worth taking away.

Because I'm never going to do study groups with anyone other than Arthur from now on.

[She hugs her books closer with a stubborn look.]

[He raised an eyebrow at her.]

That's a little extreme, don't you think? Not everyone is going to try and trick you like this again.
nobodyscrumpet: (004 Doubtful)

[personal profile] nobodyscrumpet 2012-10-08 03:52 am (UTC)(link)
You can't be tricked if you refuse to believe it. So really it's not extreme at all.

[The girl really isn't fond of change.]
