Good mornin' sunshine
WHO: Bruce and YOU
TONE: Ranging from humour to fatigued angst
RATING: Probably not more than PG-13
WHEN: First morning back at school
WHERE: Just outside the Great Hall
WHAT: It's the morning after full moon weekend and Bruce is more than a bit exhausted. He might be more irritable and absent-minded than usual, so what's stopping you from bugging him?
STATUS: Ongoing
Full moon is never fun for Bruce but adding the stress of travel to it had left him more fatigued than usual. If anyone had seen him the day before and how dishevelled he looked then, they'd think he was ready to keel over and die at any second now. All colour was gone from his face save for the even darker shadows around his eyes and the red in his lips, and was that perhaps a glint of green in his eyes when he walked through a beam of sunlight? He needed food but he wasn't too sure he was up to being around people that day, so he hesitated and stared at the entrance of the Great Hall, leaning against a wall for support.
(feel free to answer in action or prose!)

This is because Maxim loaded up two plates with nothing but sausage and bacon, and then held the one under Bruce's nose as he dozed. He knew what the wolf wanted, even if Bruce was loathe to accept that part of him, and he was going to feed it the way one ought to.
Meanwhile, his pockets were bulging with pastries. Those, of course, were for him.

And there's always plenty of empty classrooms at this time of the day. Flashing a smile, Maxim turns, sa-shaying off to find one of those classrooms.

He engaged in a short war with himself, the wolf demanding that he tear into the meat while the human was fighting for the sake of it, leaving him feeling more nauseous. Still, he knew he had to eat, so he picked the smallest piece of bacon and nibbled on it.

And with that, he took a huge bite of the pastry, practically stuffing the whole thing in his mouth.

He began to move the load on his plate onto Maxim's, even if his eyes were flickering green with want.

As Bruce loads up the plate, Maxim gets up, crossing the room to shut the door, locking it.
"Vhich iz vhy Hy iz not lettink hyu leaf until hyu eat. Iz for hyu own goot. Hyu vill eat, und den Hy vill rub hyu belly cuz hyu a goot, heppy puppy."

God, but he wanted to see the wolf come out. He could practically hear the howls in his ears, feel claws pricking and digging into his soft skin, and taste blood in his mouth. He could imagine the struggle, how he'd be over-powered and pinned, helpless as the beast ravaged his body.
But he could also see Bruce coming to his senses, seeing him bloody and battered, and blaming himself for his actions. He could see Bruce collapsing under the weight of his guilt, the shadows of his eyes growing deeper, no matter how much Maxim insisted he had wanted it.
Hands shaking, he loosened his grip and ran them up Bruce's arms, bringing them to rest on the other boy's shoulders. "Hyu need to eat. Meat vhat iz already dead, vhat hyu ain't killed hyuself iz not de same az rippink out zumvun's t'roat. But it testes close enough to satiate de volf. Eat, Bruce, pleaze. Hy chust vant hyu to take care ov hyuself."

After a moment he sagged against Maxim, breathing loudly and resting his forehead against the other boy's. "S-sorry," he whispered, loosening his grip on Maxim's arms.
