WHAT: Ravenclaw and Gryffindor are rained out of house and home, and are forced to bunk with the Slytherin/Ravenclaws for a week.

[Marshall looks up. Why hello beautiful girl who knows how things are run. He smiles, runs his hand through his already messy hair and turns up the charm a little.]

I didn't think so. [He extends a hand and makes eye contact.]
I'm Marshall Lee and as you can see...I'm new. Can I impose on you for some info on how things normally go around here?

Right, well. Obviously the massive slumber party is due to a bit of leakage in the Ravenclaw tower, but typically. There are two dorm rooms for every year, one for females and one for males.

[He continues to smile and lets her babble. It's kind of cute actually. At the mention of dorms he looks thoughtful.]
Gotcha. Wow, dorm life huh? So much for privacy I guess.
So...is everyone assigned a bunk or is it pretty much first come first serve?

[She probably would have thought his hand was a bit cold, but she is too busy prattling on] No, there's not much in the way of privacy, unless you count an abundance of nosy parkers.

And we keep the same beds yearly, so there will likely be a spare one for you. You won't have to share a bunk bed or anything, it's nothing like a summer camp at least.

Er, are you a transfer then?

Oh that kinda sucks..sometimes a person just wants to be alone for a bit you know?
I guess I should be glad about them not being bunk beds.[He smirks a little.] Be kinda hard if you wanted company if that were the case.
Yeah, I am. I moved around a lot so this is the first time in a while I've been to a real school.[He leans forward a bit and raises his eyebrows]

[He grins at her being flustered. He's already introduced himself but he decides to be nice and not tease her.]

I'm Marshall. And I'm very pleased to meet you. [He straigtens up but subtly moves in closer.] So, what do people around here do for fun?

Clubs and Quidditch and Hogsmeade, I suppose. Or the library if they're terribly boring.

Hmm..I see. Well, I'm really only interested in Music club andI'm not really into Quidditch. Hogsmeade could be fun if you had good company I suppose. [He gives her a sideways look and a smile at that.] I definately try not to be boring though.
