[Marceline didn't need to breathe anymore, but Marshall was right, sometimes it helped to breathe normally and sometimes it didn't. She rubbed at an eye with the heel of her palm, nodding.]

I'm okay now. There's a couple of heartbeats moving around upstairs but other than that it's not a constant buzz in my head.

Arthur and Marshall have already had to help me out this week. With you it's like having my own personal squad of knights or something. [She glances away.] I settle down in the common room and then it's like it gets taken over in a matter of minutes.

Told you we're lookin' out for you. [He nods because god does he understand, it has happened all too many times for him to take it over the last few days especially. He can't really help himself but place his free hand on his chest, pointing his head towards the ceiling. ]

[She leans in and taps his nose with a finger, grinning a little tiredly albeit teasingly.]

[Oh, that made him smile and blush a hair. Pulling in closer, he places his finger to his lips, trying to look discrete about it.]

Shh... No one needs to know that secret. If my royal title gets loose, who knows what the students'll start doin'?

Ahhh... There are quite a few cases in history where that newer works out. I'd be a fair king, or as fair of one I could be. Punish those who deserwe it, you know, the obwious things.

[He does fail to mention that if he were to have people cross him or think of crossing him they'd be taken out so quickly, but details... details.]
