WHAT: There is a huge festival the whole week to let students get school supplies. People from all over are flocking to Diagon Alley for the best deals. That means you might meet new people or see old friends!

[When they re-enter the throng of shoppers, he might reach back and slip his hand into John's, gently holding onto his friend's spindly piano fingers.

[Ok, that actually does make John raise an eyebrow and kinda side-eye Dave because that's not a thing they've ever done, like, ever. This is new. And weird.

And then he's pushed out of the way by some rushing douchebag, and he sees the value of it all. Oh Dave, you smart son of a... whatever his mother is like. Still, he grips Dave's hand hard when he's losing his balance, because, wow, that douchebag pushed him hard.]

[When Dave feels his hand get squeezed, he turns back to look at John in surprise, and sees him falling. He acts before he thinks, flash-stepping to catch him before he loses his balance entirely and falls.]

[Well. This wasn't their brightest moment, was it? The two, falling down on F&B's floor, in the middle of people not paying attention to where they're going.]
