flourish and blotts
Currently, he's in the bookstore, trying not to be super obvious about glancing at the romance section. Right now he's got an incredibly boring looking textbook in his hands.]
Re: flourish and blotts
"Look at me. I'm Professor Donoghue. I read romance novels. Maybe If I hold this big, impressive looking textbook, nobody will notice that I'm browsing the Romance section. If all else fails, they'll surely be distracted by my incredibly tight pants."

He pokes his head around the shelf and quirks an eyebrow.]
Lookin' for more cheatin' methods, are we?

[Wait! He just looked his way. This would probably be a good time to go back to looking for his Arithmancy textbook. Right. That's what he'll do. He'll browse the shelves here and prepare to look pleasantly surprised in case Donoghue acknowledges
He winces when Donoghue does acknowledge him, but quickly composes himself well enough to force a smile as he turns to face his professor. This is a good plan and he's sticking to it.]
Professor Donoghue! I wasn't expecting to run into you here... How are you?

Whispet? :p
I don't know what you're talking about.
I WAS TIRED /KILLS YOU
WHISPET.
I don't know what you're implying, Professor Donoghue, but I don't think I like it.
careless whisper
Careless Whippet

Plays the saxaphone for ten hours
And I'm never gonna dance again
Admittedly my records... aren't what they could be.
[He pauses for a moment befor looking up at his professor in what he hopes looks like a state of earnest determination. ]
But believe me, I can change!
[Please believe him.]
Guilty feet have got no rhythm
So it's easy to pretend. I know you're not a fool.
I should have known better than to cheat a friend
And waste the chance that I'd been given
So I'm never gonna dance again
The way I danced with yooouuuuuuuu....
Time can never meeeeend

Treatin' him like what? I paid for him and I pay for all of his expensive needs too, I treat him like the furry little prince he is.
