Back to School Diagon Alley Festival! – Log 1

WHERE: Any and all of Diagon Alley
WHAT: There is a huge festival the whole week to let students get school supplies. People from all over are flocking to Diagon Alley for the best deals. That means you might meet new people or see old friends!
STATUS: Ongoing!
NOTE: Remember that this event is semi-open! Any HP AU character can have fun here, whether you're in the game or not, so have fun!

[Rapunzel leans down a bit and smiles at Ib.]

That's great. Isn't drawing fun?

[A tiny smile appears as she nods again. The notepad was still halfway shoved into the bag; Ib moves to keep it properly while apologizing; she knows that some people don't like to be drawn.]

Please excuse me miss.

[Her English is slightly slow, and there's an Asian accent present.]

Oh, it's fine. Really! But, um... Can I see?

[Ib is slightly hesitant; she normally doesn't show people her work. But the girl is the subject matter, and she deserves the right to see how she looks in the picture.

Ib pulls out the notepad and hands it over, looking anxious.]

Is it ok?

[It's a crayon drawing of Rapunzel! It's quite good for an 11 year old's effort on a crowded street without much space to draw.]

[Oh, if that doesn't warm her heart...]

Very okay, yes.

I'm Rapunzel, by the way.

[A relieved smile breaks across her face, and cheered by the praise, Ib introduces herself with slightly more gusto than normal.]

My name is Ib. Pleased to meet you, Ra...

[Oh, this is a slightly harder name than normal. She takes a deep breath, practices the name under her breath and quietly for a few tries , before she finally finishes her sentence.]
