WHAT: There is a huge festival the whole week to let students get school supplies. People from all over are flocking to Diagon Alley for the best deals. That means you might meet new people or see old friends!

[With her parents busy chatting with each other as they checked her school books, Ib was completely happy to be left out of the conversation. She was more interested in capturing the sights of Diagon Alley, which is why she has a notebook out and is currently drawing out one of the nearby shops.

Her parents, realizing that they had forgotten one more book, told Ib to stay still at the cafe and not move while they picked it up. But really, they needn't tell her twice; she's already focused on her work again.]

[Arya had been running around all day with her family. She needed sustenance though and was waiting for her order, the biggest sandwich on the menu. She noticed Ib at a near by table and craned her neck to see what she was up to.]

[Ib looked up from her work and bobbed her at the other girl's way.]

Hello.

[The drawing is about half-way done: Ib only has 7 colours to work with, as compared to the multitude of colours she has at home, but she's been able to produce some of the colours she needs by mixing what she has. It's starting to turn out pretty well, and if Arya were to compare the picture with the store outside, she'll find that that's what Ib's drawing.]

[Arya scoots her chair a bit closer.]

That's really good, my nanny would think you're a really lady with that talent.

I'm Arya Stark.

[ A randomly unattended child? It's unusual, to say the least. Equius notices her, and can't help but stare at her a bit. She's doing something with that paper... drawing?

He takes a few steps towards her and looks over her shoulder. Doesn't say anything, just watches her work. ]

[Ib's an alert young thing, but when it's a whole different ball game when art is involved. She's completely in a world of her own as she starts colouring in the picture with her crayons.]

[ Upon seeing that the girl isn't responding, he decides to look a little closer. He doesn't want to startle her, though, so he's simply going to lean in such a way that he can see the picture a little better. He might be giving his presence away, though...

If it's any good, he might compliment her on it. ]

[Under normal circumstances, Tavros probably wouldn't have bothered her. But the drawing caught his eye, and he was very intrigued. He stands behind her for a few seconds watching, before he can't help but comment.]

WOw, uh... That looks great!

[Ib jumped a little at that. She didn't expect anyone to notice her at all. Tavros compliment though gave her reason to blush and duck her head shyly, as she tried to slip the picture back into her bag.]

[Tavros raises his eyebrow, caught off guard by her reaction.]

Oh, uh... You're welcome, but... You didn't have to, uh, put it away! I'm sorry that I interrupted you!

[She quickly shook her head.]

N-no. You don't have to say sorry. My drawing is not very good; that's why I'm keeping it.

...I think that, it's the opposite of not very good.

...thank you.

[She finally offered him a tiny, shy smile. All this attention from people, just because she could draw.]

Are you going to Hogwarts? What is your name?

[bluhbluhhugestairs]

You're welcome! And, uh, my name is Tavros... I'm definitely going to be, going to Hogwarts. Will you, too?

Yes. I am a first year.

What house are you in? Is it a good house? Which house should I go to, Tavros?

[bluhbluhhugestairs]

Uhh...

[He looks thoughtful for a few moments, eyebrows scrunched up in concentration.]

Well... The sortinghat picks your house, so... That isn't a question that, can be answered by me. But... I'm in Gryffindor, and... Uh, it's definitely the best house, I think. I couldn't believe that, it picked Gryffindor for me. But it, uh, definitely made me feel very happy.

Gri-fin-dor.

[It's a slightly difficult word for her to pronounce, but she managed, albeit slowly.]

Why is it the best house? What if I don't get into it? Are the other houses not so good?

[bluhbluhhugestairs]

[These questions aren't easy for him to answer, since... But after a little stammering, he manages to start talking.]

Gryffindor is, uh... The bravest house! Everyone in it has, lots of confidence and self esteem, and all that, kind of good thing. But the other houses, are definitely not really that bad. I think maybe, uh, Slytherin is... kind of bad, probably, but that's because people say it is. Hufflepuff is, pretty cool! And... Uh, well. Ravenclaw is made for, really smart people, so that's cool too.

But I definitely think Gryffindor, uh, is the best. But it's okay if you don't, make it there. Because like I said, the other ones are great!

[Ib frowned, worried now for her future house despite what Tavros said. What if she ended up in Slytherin then? Would people not like her? Would she become bad? Oggie was in Hufflepuff and he seemed like a pretty nice guy though, so maybe Hufflepuff was ok.

But she'd still like to be in the nicest house.]
