WHAT: There is a huge festival the whole week to let students get school supplies. People from all over are flocking to Diagon Alley for the best deals. That means you might meet new people or see old friends!

( Anyone remember this derpy Spaniard? Well, if you don't, this former Hogwarts teacher is idling along Diagon Alley, looking in shop windows or sitting down for a cup of much needed coffee. He's still as oblivious as he used to be, but he might seem a bit antsy about something on his arm. And having some people give him nasty looks. Feel free to give him one, too. )

is ok to assume Oggie was a student of his at some point??

( Antonio here nearly jumps ten feet in the air but - well. Getting an enthusiastic hello out of nowhere was always surprising. He smiles, a little bit of confusion ghosting onto his face. )

[After a day of fruitful shopping, Ib and her parents were at the cafe to get something quick to eat. Her parents had taken the time yesterday to figure out the Wizard's currency system, and all that was left was to order something.

While they were deciding, Ib couldn't help but notice the strange man sitting in the corner with his cup of coffee. Everyone seemed to be giving him mean looks too, but what caught her eye was the tattoo on his arm. It seemed very well-inked, and she couldn't help but stare at it.]

( Poor Antonio was trying to keep to himself, at least a little bit. It was always awkward going around in the streets when people still remembered your face and. Well. A tattoo that would decide to either be solid one day or fading the next. Naturally, it has to be a nuisance while he's shopping.

He's had a lot of eyes on him today, and one more set of eyes usually wouldn't make him look up. But, it didn't feel... awkward, for once. He looks up, a curious look on his face. Upon seeing the young girl, he offers a smile. )

[Ib tentatively returns the smile shyly, before her parents call her name to ask what she wants. Taking a moment to think it over, she places her order and receives a Pumpkin Pastry.

Without hesitation, she walks over to Antonio, trying to ignore the strange glares everyone was giving her. Her parents were a little preoccupied at the counter as they counted out the appropriate number of Sickles, and thus they didn't notice their daughter slip off to pass Antonio her snack.]

[He looked like he needed something to cheer him up.]

Assuming pureblood family connections ie everyone knows everyone?

[They had been relatively lucky in the war. the boys too young to be really recruited, as was her sister and Chiara herself was simply too stubborn and too much of a brat to go along with anything she didn't want to. Hiding may have been a cowards way, but it's a way they chose.

Others hadn't been so lucky, she remembered, once she saw Antonio. Momentarily giving up on her chase for her younger siblings, she picked her way through the crowd, stopping next to the Spaniard. She doesn't touch him, knowing how shaky his nerves must be, but she does manage a polite smile, ignoring the frowns she herself gets for coming over.] Signor Fernández? It's been awhile, hasn't it?

( He's a bit engrossed in staring off into space - although, that's not abnormal for him. This time he's uneasy though. Too many stares, too many people bothering him when he just wants to get some shopping done. It was always the same in England, even after the dust of the war starting to clear. Not that he blamed them. It was just. Well, it was awkward. And Antonio had never been fond of awkward.

But, the familiar voice breaks him out of his one-sided staring contest, making him jump just a touch in surprise. Having someone not hurling curses his way for once today was a surprise in and of itself, let alone someone familiar. It takes him a moment, but he places the face, a warm - although, a bit worn - smile spreading easily across his face. ) Ah, Chiara, right? It has been quite awhile!

[Carefully she finds and takes a seat, adjusting her skirts as she does. There's no point in asking, he wouldn't deny her and frankly she'd take it anyway if he did. Resting an elbow on the table she watches him, hair tied back for once, small curls escaping at the nape of her neck]
