WHAT: Canon selves event! A seance gone awry has had its effect on the school, bringing about mental and physical changes to students and staff alike! Full details of the combinations of effects can be found here.
STATUS: Ongoing! Use whichever style you like.

[Spring brings change, but that change isn't always a good thing! Whether your character has changed entirely into their canon self, or only in part, please keep in mind that whatever they know/learn of their original canon during this event will be unable to be clearly recalled - disappearing with their past self - when the event is over. This is to avoid fourth-walling after the conclusion of the event.

Please also keep in mind that some people will not want to fourth-wall during the event! Make sure it's alright with the other player before you decide to do that. Above all, though, have fun!]

[Nick has been on the hunt for zombies since he woke up in a strange fucking room seperated from the rest of the survivors. Why there so many fucking kids here and why they aren't freaking out is beyond him, but he hasn't seen a zombie this entire time. Honestly it's the least suspicious part of this day but...

Holy shit.

Is that a Tank? In a castle? He...guesses he's seen stranger things. At least he's armed! With a chair! Which he's holding over his head as he charges at the apparent zombie, smashing it over his back dramatically.


He's starting to think he didn't think this through.]

[Yeah, Nick, that was really probably not the best move. Had the human approached Rhys from the front, he would have been able to reason things out, stop the man with one long arm fairly easily. As it is, the sudden attack kicks him into an instinctual response. As the troll turns, snarling, a giant hand flashes out with ridiculous speed to backhand Nick with enough force to send him flying across the room.]

CHRIST-!

[He kind of chokes that out as he's flung backward. At least whilst he's flying backward he gets a better look at the zombie- which- doesn't look much like a zombie now that he thinks about it.

He eventually goes rolling off, but it's not long until he's sitting up again. It'll take a bit more than that to knock out a video game character!!

He rubs at his head, squinting at Rhys blearily.]

The hell are you?

[Not one of the teachers ... this must be one of the students. He doesn't quite recognize him, however.]

Something akin to a troll, I believe. Do you intend to continue trying to bludgeon me? Because I really don't have time for this.

[streetsmarts]

A troll. Right. Guess that explains why we're in a fuckin' castle. I'm tripping something fierce here.

[He rubs at his face.] Nope, if you ain't a zombie I ain't got a problem.

[looking down at his claws] I have the suspicion that inferi are nowhere near so dangerous.

[looks back up again] Please refrain from attacking anyone else in the castle. There are no 'zombies' here, only children and some non-humans.
