WHAT: Canon selves event! A seance gone awry has had its effect on the school, bringing about mental and physical changes to students and staff alike! Full details of the combinations of effects can be found here.
STATUS: Ongoing! Use whichever style you like.

[Spring brings change, but that change isn't always a good thing! Whether your character has changed entirely into their canon self, or only in part, please keep in mind that whatever they know/learn of their original canon during this event will be unable to be clearly recalled - disappearing with their past self - when the event is over. This is to avoid fourth-walling after the conclusion of the event.

Please also keep in mind that some people will not want to fourth-wall during the event! Make sure it's alright with the other player before you decide to do that. Above all, though, have fun!]

[So those who happen to see Bro roaming the castle will be quick to note that he looks a little different. Bro's a little more muscular than he was the day before, as if he's buffed up considerably over night. That's the only physical change present. But mentally? He's a completely different person. He doesn't know how or why he got here, and his little run in with Murdoc after waking up really wasn't enough to give him any answers on the matter.

It doesn't matter though. What matters is finding Dave, because he knows the kid is around here somewhere, and he wants to know what the fuck is going on with him, if he was brought here too or if Bro is alone. If he's alone... Well, he'll cross that bridge when he gets there.

Right now, he's just skulking around the halls of Hogwarts, dashing in and out of corners quickly like a motherfucking ninja, as if he doesn't want to be seen. A bunch of fucking wizards are around and he doesn't trust them. Not after getting stunned by Murdoc. He hasn't been able to locate his sword yet, either, on account of not knowing where the hell his office is.

So if you decide to approach him, you should be prepared for him to be on his motherfucking guard. Because Broto ain't in Kansas anymore, and he's not fucking happy.]

[Tony is striding down the hallway, without his shop or his suit he doesn't have really anything to do so he's doing something else he likes to do, find food. However, he has no idea where the kitchens are, so really he's just wandering around aimlessly, giving a few odd paintings displeased looks. Okay, he's accepting the whole magic thing, but it doesn't mean he has to like it.

He glances at the skulking Bro and raises an eyebrow at him, as he actually isn't sure if he saw him or not.]

Okay, first magic, now what? Ghosts?

[At that comment, Bro laughs from where he's at, before stepping into view. He doesn't know who this guy is, but he seems to be just as lost as Bro is. Might as well see if they'll be mutually beneficial to each other, yeah? So he takes a step closer.]

Nah. Puppetmaster would be more accurate. Who's askin'?

Puppetmaster? Well I've heard worse names, really. Asking? That would be Tony Stark.

[After a moment he holds out his hand to shake.]

[Bro takes it, grasping it tightly with his own.]

Wait- Tony Stark as in Iron Man?

[Tony raises his eyebrow at the tight grip but otherwise says nothing about it.]

[Rose is traversing through the school. She is highly considering reading all the books in the library. Sure, she should figure out why she's here and what happened to her companions. Maybe it's all just a rather complex dream bubble. She rather explore a bit first, though.

She doesn't know how long she'll be here.] Ah. I don't think I can find anyone in this place. Much too large. What a conundrum. [She's fucking lost as hell.]

[When he sees Rose, he can't help but stop in his movements. That. sure is a Lalonde. He may have never seen her before, but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know who this is.]

The fuck are you doing here?

[Rose stares at him quite blankly. Like...

She understands jackshit.] Excuse me but, what the fuck are you doing here is a more accurate question right now.

Uh... No. I'm pretty sure the question I asked you is the most accurate question. So come on, spill.

[Also he doesn't get what your expression is for, Rose. So you're meeting your ecto dad for the first time. Big deal.

[She has no idea how to handle this situation. She suddenly understands jackshit. Aren't you supposed to be dead? NOT THAT SHE WANTS YOU DEAD OR ANYTHING. But still. What.]

I know just as little about this place as you do except I'm pretty sure this is Hogwarts and I feel like we just Blues Clue'd right into a book.

[Yeah well, he understands jack shit too. At least they're in the same situation. Even if it's really fucking weird, and he never really expected to meet Rose, least of all in a place like this.]

Well shit. Blue skadoo'd, so I guess that means we can too. [Wow this is dumb.] But what, you really think this is Hogwarts? As in, we're in fucking Harry Potter land now?

No. I imagine that we've been put into an illusion of the sort guaranteed to have us fall into the clutches of an inhospitable game that only wishes for our death.

I'm pretty sure we're in Hogwarts, as ridiculous as it sounds. But considering the nature of SBURB, maybe this isn't so ridiculous. I'm on a meteor traveling with aliens to another session. I'm pretty sure being in Hogwarts isn't a stretch by any means.

[He won't be finding Dave just yet.

What he will find instead is a version of him that a rainbow vomited all over. It's really attractive, seriously. And really noticeable. Even more noticeable than the fact that he looks pretty much like a younger version of Bro.

Apparently, he's paying attention, too, because he's coming up to Bro right now.]

[And Bro sees him coming. It's kind of fucking hard not to, all things considered. Such as the fact the aforementioned rainbow sure did vomit all over him. And that sure is a smaller version of himself. There's no mistaking that much. But what the actual fuck is he wearing?]

[He has no idea what's going on by this point, but he's just going to roll with it. Weirder shit has happened, after all. Case in point? SBURB. This is a walk in the park compared to that.

[So, here's one of the castle's gaggle of trolls - this one obviously much younger than the one he woke up with and wearing Juggalo make-up. He's staring at Bro curiously, seemingly undeterred by how fast the human is moving.]

Oh look, another one.

[After the run in with Murdoc, he's honestly not all that excited about seeing another troll roaming the castle, but there's not anything he can actually do about that, considering he still doesn't know what the fuck is even going on.]
