Bro is quite determined not to get too worked up. He doesn't want this to end in sex, and if he gets too into it, it probably will. His willpower is only so strong, after all. So that's why even though Murdoc is eager and needy, he's still determined to kiss him slowly and lazily. He does at least pick up the pace of his hand though, when Murdoc moans impatiently and bucks into the touch. He also lets out a chuckle and breaks the kiss after a moment, pressing his forehead against Murdoc's.

"Somebody's impatient today." As he speaks, he gives Murdoc a squeeze and an expert twist of his wrist on the upstroke.
