He is most definitely joking. For as upset as Murdoc had made him, he knows that the man wouldn't go through all of this and then just use him for sex. And honestly, he can sympathise with Murdoc a bit. It's been a while, after all, and when you're having daily sex and just stop, then it's... not fucking easy to just give that up. So when Murdoc declines the offer, he just lets out a small laugh. His hand snakes around Murdoc and moves to cup him between the legs as he gives him a grin.
