WHERE: Hogwarts Express/Platform 9 3/4 and The Great Hall
WHAT: Gotta get back to Hogwarts! Back to witches and wizards and magical feasts! Students and teachers are finally heading back to school on the Hogwarts express, and with the new school year means sorting for the first years!

I know I don't need an excuse!

[She's just going to invite herself in and flop down.]

But I wanted to put something together anyway.

Talk about a sucky summer, huh?

Yeah. I didn't mean to make that awful joke, but...yeah. I couldn't think of a better word.

I'm just glad you're coming back this year. I'd have missed you.

Me and Marshall were using bad puns earlier. You're just late to the party.

[She nods before shrugging.]

I wish I could've given myself more time to get used to it but it would've been weird if I'd shown up late. [A small smile.] I'd have missed you too.

I was saying hi to everyone! And, well. You two looked like you were having one of those 'don't interrupt this' moments. So I didn't!

I still want to kick your ex's fangs down his throat for it. But you look like you're handling things really well! Better than I'd have handled it.

Well, I guess it kinda was. But we were just having an impromptu jam session. Nothing big.

What's probably left of his fangs after I got through with him hopefully. [She gives a small shrug of her shoulders.] About as well as could be I guess.

Well, still. I didn't wanna interrupt.

Yeah, true. If there was anything left of them at all. [A little sigh.] I think I'd have wound up accidentally destroying myself trying to come up with my own potion or something to cure it all.

According to the books I've been reading there's no cure for vampirism. Then again, those books were written by wizards who also call us monsters.

Those wizards are full of dragon dung. And they've probably never even tried! Just a bunch of old stinky wizards who sit around thinking of ways to make people feel bad.

Yeah I guess. It's not like they've ever been vampires.

See? I'm all for studying, you know that, but you can't let dumb old wizards like that get to you. Jerks.
