School Year Starting Logs: Train + Feast/Sorting!

WHEN: The day of September 2nd for the train, and at night for the feast!
WHERE: Hogwarts Express/Platform 9 3/4 and The Great Hall
WHAT: Gotta get back to Hogwarts! Back to witches and wizards and magical feasts! Students and teachers are finally heading back to school on the Hogwarts express, and with the new school year means sorting for the first years!
STATUS: Ongoing!
NOTE: There is a thread for the Train back to Hogwarts, and the Feast, with a subthread for the Sorting! First years can comment to be sorted, and everyone else can greet their new house mates/students!

Not only that, but with stuff happenin' ower the journals an' all. [He knows that feeling all too well, having two sisters and a mother, dang.] As far as I can tell, yeah, at least for the duration of the entire summer. I wouldn't blame him if he didn't know how to. He must hawe embraced that cruise as much as he could.

Mmm, but yeah. I like to just get it out of the way so that I can relax an' spend my summer the way I tried to plan on doin' it. [Oof, he knew that too well. He tried that the year before, and it didn't really work out too well. ] Ahh, I understand. [Right as she began talking about the scarf, he shook his head, trying to explain what the true nature of it was.]

Oh no! No no, not the scarf, there's somethin' inside the scarf! [Unwrapping the scarf, he pulls out his little napper, who's waking up from the sudden change of dark to light. Around Caligula's neck is a little purple collar with a bell on it, which makes a bit of a jingle when he shakes and shivers from waking up.] See? Father got me a new pet, his name's Caligula.

[He shifts Caligula into his arms, holding him sort of like an infant since he's half asleep and is trying to fight staying awake.] But uh, if you are still curious about any momentos I'we got from my mom, I'we got a ring that I'm always wearin', it's an Ampora family heirloom of sorts. Other than that, I actually do keep some of my important momentos in my bag an' back at home. I'll bring them out sometime an' show you, but now's probably a bad time.

Oh, yes they was that as well, that was seriously crazy what happened there. I suppose though we should put this summer behind us, though i doubt this year at Hogwarts is going to be any less drama, i guess we have to wait and see. [She shrugs her shoulders.] Probably just as bad as the rest of us at change!

[She stares at the scarf as Eridan releases the ferret under it.] Oh His so cuuuuuute!! [Next thing you know is that Feferi is riiight next to Eridan, leaning over, wanting to pet him but obviously she is not going to touch him until the owner allows her too.] He seriously is so aborableeeee!! Can i pat him??

[Even though she is distracted by Caligula, she is still listening to him.] That's pretty cool!! Always wondered what was the ring from since i never see you as the type to be wearing jewellery, you should me those mementos some time!!
