When Steve arrives, he is pointed in the direction of the theatre room. He really has no idea what the proper protocol for what to do in such a fancy place. Tony would laugh at him if he saw how uncomfortable Steve was with all this. So, he sucks it up and makes his way to the room.

When he enters, he sees it's empty. This is where he was told to go, so he finds a good seat and gets out his drawing pad and pencil and sketches as he waits for people.
