It's either a good sign or a dangerous sign when it comes to Murdoc, but it's most certainly a pleasant if not somewhat strained smile. He's obviously tired, but he's not unhappy to see Mituna. In fact, he'd rather been hoping the boy would visit of his own volition, he can't help but worry a little for the lad.
