Murdoc notices him enter, but he doesn't look up at him until he's addressed. Sort of. The comment earns him an unattractive snort and he glances up from his papers to quirk an eyebrow at his fellow staff member.

"Positively overwhelmin'." He rolls his eyes, taking a sip of his coffee. "I'm certain it will remain this peaceful until no less than a day before exams begin." His lack of faith in his students is disturbing, but at times, justified.
