Oh. That. It certainly wasn't one of his better moments, that's for damn sure. He shifts slightly in his seat, and it's obvious that he's pretty ashamed of it, looking back on it. And then Arthur continues, and suddenly it all makes sense. Yeah, that was definitely dickish of him. Goddamn him and his inability to control his anger sometimes.
