[Spring brings change, but that change isn't always a good thing! Whether your character has changed entirely into their canon self, or only in part, please keep in mind that whatever they know/learn of their original canon during this event will be unable to be clearly recalled - disappearing with their past self - when the event is over. This is to avoid fourth-walling after the conclusion of the event.

Please also keep in mind that some people will not want to fourth-wall during the event! Make sure it's alright with the other player before you decide to do that. Above all, though, have fun!]

[Wait, how does he know her name? She's familiar, but at the same time she isn't. He's sure he's shared tea with this girl, that he's known her for years, but.. how could he have?

[She's really confused! All these people that know her that she does not know.]

Well, hello Arthur.

That is probably because I am quite lost. Last I checked, I was supposed to still be on a meteor making my way to a new session. I cannot be there yet as it is too soon for such a thing! Unfortunately, it seems like there''s no proper explanation to what's happening right now.

[Blink.. blink..]

A.. meteor..? Session of what?

It would take quite awhile to explain it. I came from a session in which meteors hailed down upon Earth and destroyed it. A lot of dying and grief was involved and it ended up with me meeting up with trolls on a meteor.

[She says this so seriously.]

[He stares a little more, then rubs his hand against the back of his head.]

You.. you do realise how utterly insane all of that sounds, I hope.

I could jump out a window and meet my untimely death only to come back fit as a fiddle if you rather me prove it to you.

[She's not the only one who's lost. Sun Jian is far from happy with the situation but he's not one to leave a woman in distress. So when a young girl intercepts him he obliges her with a slight nod and a polite, albeit strained, smile.]

Yes, girl? What can I do for you?

[She smiles back. She's getting used to seeing people, even if it's still weird to her.]

Well...I am lost. I don't quite know where I am at all.

That makes the two of us then. I'm still trying to get my bearings around this strange realm. Sorcery and flying brooms! Can you imagine the chaos that would control the land if such tricks were allowed to spread to the people?

Well, sorcery of this level is through the accumulation of an entire society. I'm sure that it would cause some form of panic to those that are not used to such a thing, though.

I suppose there are many of us who are lost here. How unfortunate.

An entire kingdom built on witchcraft? What a frightening thought. Though the wizards here seem to mostly be children and they do not seem hostile. Nevertheless, panic would be the least of our worries if word of this got out.

Where are you from? From your fair skin I would assume you are from the Northern Plains. Once we are back in my lands I can send for a carriage to assist you to the border.

I imagine they stay in secret, not wanting to cause panic. I guess that they were prepared for such a situation. Unfortunately, it seems we've somehow weaseled our way through. [She won't mention that she can use magic.]

I don't know if you're familiar, but I come from America. But I wouldn't worry about such a problem. I'm very accustomed to traveling and getting around.

[Sun Jian sighs and rubs the back of his neck.]

Much like this "Hogwarts" that we have slipped into, I do not know where "America" is. If this was the time for it I would be curious to ask about your home but perhaps we shall save some time for it later when we have sorted things out properly.

I'm sure that you will find it's location in the future. We could probably even find a map here. But yes, my previous home life is not really worth stressing over. I think we have plenty of other things to keep us preoccupied for now.

No need to ask for forgiveness. I am not offended in the least. Rose Lalonde. I have been given the title Seer of Light as of late, so I guess I have a title that I can offer now too. How delightful.

That sounds like a title with much responsibilities! Do you read cloud patterns to determine the weather? I can't say that I put much stock into fortune-telling I'm afraid; I've met too many charlatans and cheats. But every now and then, you do meet someone who proves his claim.

Oh no, I think the best I can explain is getting glimpses of the future. I would have been a bit skeptical, but it wasn't something I had before, but was given. A mechanic of some sort for the task I embarked on you can say. I suppose that it was given to me because there was intent that I would use it accordingly to accomplish my task.

So perhaps one day, I will lose that title and become just Rose Lalonde again.
