WHAT: Shenanigans!

Herbert really had a love-hate relationship with his roommates - he loved some of them and hated some others. Well, really he quite liked Bruce, thought Sherlock was interesting but occasionally insufferable, and hated Tony. It meant he preferred it when they weren't all together in the same room, because Bruce was always mooning after Tony, and Sherlock liked to show off, the more people there were around, and he just wanted to get some bloody homework done!

"I don't suppose anyone would like to possibly shut up," he asked the room at large disparagingly, "Since it's a bit late for me to go to the library and escape all your rubbish?"

[Sherlock rolls his eyes as he has no idea why this hsould involve him in any way.. but it's not as though he was doing anything important. So he gets up and follows.]

[Twitches at the squeeze but doesn't protest, just wuffing again and shifting until he's mostly lying on top of poor Herbert. That thigh? It's just going to settle between your legs, that's all right with you, right Herb?]

[Herbert squeaks. It's a very small sound, but definitely there, as his eyes go wide. Oh, oh, oh dear. The smaller boy is suddenly hyperaware of every little place the werewolf is touching him, as the more cynical pert of himself reminds him that this is probably the closest he's ever going to get to anything resembling intimate touch - a sleeping roommate flopped on top of him who would hastily scramble off if woken up.

That leg position is perfectly all right with Herbert, as long as Bruce isn't going to object to the sudden springing to life of a very embarrassing erection and to Herbert yanking on the covers to make absolutely certain they're both covered up because GOD.]

[On hearing the squeak, Tony wastes no time in yanking open the curtains and just looks down at the pair of them and just stares at what he sees. Really not sure with what to do with the situation that's been presented to him.]

Bored.

"Well, I'd say it appears Herbert has been compromised by a nearly grown man who still sleeps like an attention starved child."

[Snuffles more into Herbert's neck because WHY IS THERE NOISE AGAIN?]

It was probably really good that there were no lit wands and the covers were over the pair in the bed, so it wasn't immediately obvious that his hand was on Bruce's bum (for about two seconds, because he snatched it away like the werewolf's ass was on fire once the curtains were opened) or that he had a stiffie snugged up against the bigger boy'sw thigh. Still, Herbert stared at Tony and Sherlock with a shell shocked expression, which snapped down into a frown in a few moments.

"Go away," he whispered fiercely. "Some of us are trying to sleep!"

"Only one of us is sleeping. Why is he on top of you?"

If his voice had fully dropped, he would have added an unimpressed growl to his tone, however all he could manage was sounding really annoyed with the situation, at least his scowl made up for his lack of growl. So he thought.

"Because that's what Bruce does."

He rolls his eyes. This isn't going to erupt into something pointlessly dramatic, is it? Far too much testosterone in the room.

Though from his breathing and coloration, you're not fooling him in the slightest, Mr. West.

Since the volume was definitely picking up again, Bruce made a rather disgruntled wuffing noise and burrowed his face more between Herbert's neck and pillow, attempting to escape the far too chattery boys. SHEESH.

Herbert went stiffer as the werewolf moved, and he flapped his hand frantically at the other two boys. Sherlock was right, he couldn't be blamed for this! Which was actually completely true, for once. The hand-on-butt thing, that he could be blamed for, but no one was accusing him of that, and Bruce had climbed on top all on his own.

"Be quiet," he hissed, "Go back to bed, don't wake him up, he doesn't sleep enough as it is!"

Tony glares long and hard between both Herbert and Bruce. Looking like he's about to start trouble, however he remembers that any sudden outburst is just going to startle something he doesn't want the other two to know about.

"Whatever."

Tony drops the curtain and grabs some things off his bed before heading to the door.

"I'll be in the common room."

He plans to scowl through engine repair all night long.

Sherlock watches him go then parts the curtain again to give Herbert a look.

"Points for bravery but you're still an idiot. Good night."

He lets the curtain fall back down and takes up residence on Bruce's bed again.

Completely unaware of the troubles of the world, Bruce just keeps on snoozing, quieting now that the boys around him seem to have shut up at last.
