WHAT: Shenanigans!

Herbert really had a love-hate relationship with his roommates - he loved some of them and hated some others. Well, really he quite liked Bruce, thought Sherlock was interesting but occasionally insufferable, and hated Tony. It meant he preferred it when they weren't all together in the same room, because Bruce was always mooning after Tony, and Sherlock liked to show off, the more people there were around, and he just wanted to get some bloody homework done!

"I don't suppose anyone would like to possibly shut up," he asked the room at large disparagingly, "Since it's a bit late for me to go to the library and escape all your rubbish?"

Tony stops tickling Sherlock for a moment to look at the book. But keeps holding him down, then looks over his shoulder.

"Really need to work on your aim, Sherbet bomb"

Then tries to tickle Sherlock more.

Sherlock got his breath back at least during the pause. He tries to wiggle out from under Tony without much success, finally trying to just do a pushup to get his knees under-oh, shit, the ticking is back.

Balls.

"Tony, stop!"

Bruce grumbled at the movement and added noise. He hid more into Herbert's shoulder and neck, breath hot against the boy's skin and arm tightening a bit around his middle possessively.

"Oh!" the word was soft, breathy, startled, and Herbert blushed, even in the dark where no one could see and the only one who could really hear that was a sleeping werewolf. His breath caught in his throat as his heart lurched up to plug it, and he was utterly still for a few moments. His wand, why wasn't his wand in reach? Then he could just cast a silencing charm on the curtains, but he was stuck, without his one piece of ammunition or any real way to mute things. He wiggled in just a little closer, and closed his eyes to pray the other boys would finish their loud antics soon.

He pauses his hands at Sherlock's sides and grins at his back. Very much enjoying himself.

"What will you give me to stop?"

The fact Herbert hasn't replied to his taunt hasn't escaped him, it's just made him want to get even more noise out of Sherlock.

"Respect," he manages to breathe out between slightly painful gasps for air with his heart beating fast. Being tickled was exhausting.

Bruce made a wuffing noise against Herbert's neck and nuzzled him more. At least for now the noise seemed to have died down a bit, fingers curling into the boy's night shirt as he twitched in his sleep.

Well, it seemed Bruce wasn't going to wake up for that. It also seemed like he had decided Herbert was some kind of pillow, or possibly a chew toy he just hadn't decided to put in his mouth yet. Either way, it was all way too much temptation for a shy 16-year-old boy with a crush who would never make a move when the other Ravenclaw was awake. His skin was tingling where Bruce's nose and mouth pressed against his neck, and it was all a bit overwhelming, and pathetically exciting.

Cautiously, he tipped his head to one side and pressed his lips against the bigger boy's temple. He could always say he'd just moved in his sleep if Bruce woke up, right? Nothing suspicious about that.

"Respect? Please I already have that, you just hate admitting it."

He flops on top of him, bored with tickling him. But looks over his shoulder at the other bed.

Sherlock lets him lay there for now, just breathing with his face half in a pillow. "I respect no child while he tickles me. When he wants to be the man who stops, then you can talk about whatever respect I may hold." He turns his head, also looking at the other bed, lowering his voice. "Herbert has yet to tell us to shut up. Odd behavior for him, don't you agree?"

With the other boys having FINALLY stopped being racket-makers, Bruce sighed happily and just burrowed more into Herbert's neck and settled, a small smile curling his lips.

Herbert bit his lip, screwing his eyes shut for a moment ... then let his hand wander to the small of Bruce's back, rather low down. Just a few more inches, and he'd be touching the other boy's bum, but he was afraid to go that far. Give him another minute or so, and the other Ravenclaw's arse-sanctity would be violated. Though probably only by a delicate stroke and then an immediate retreat of the hand to mid-back accompanied by a lot of sweating.

"Hmm"

He looks at Sherlock before looking back over to the bed, lowering his own voice.

"Bruce sleeps quick and deep. But after that attempt to throw a book, no way West is asleep. What's he up to?"

"He's either very interested in us or very interested in Bruce. The book would say it's not us--he'd rather we were quiet, honestly. But as you said, Bruce is asleep."

Bruce liked his back rubs - liked them quite a bit actually. So when Herbert's hand slid down his back, it was only natural for him to make a quiet, breathy sound and to arch up into the touch pressing his chest firmer against Herbert and arse definitely more in reach of the wandering hand.

Oh, oh that was practically permission, wasn't it? An engraved invitation, Come on, Herbert, it's perfectly fine to feel me up in my sleep, it might even give me nice dreams! Right?

He rubbed the small of Bruce's back a few more times, working up his courage ... and then let his hand wander gingerly over the curve of the other boy's ass, feeling the muscle underneath the pajama pants. Herbert was holding his breath and he wasn't even aware of it, too enthralled by the fact that he had his hand on Bruce's bum.

"Yeah, he's really not going to be interested in us, we're annoying."

He sits up, straddling Sherlock as he does, looking at the closed curtains.

"We should find out what's going on."

He licked his lips looking rather intent on his decision. Something was niggling him, about the fact Herbert and Bruce were quiet in the bed together.

Sherlock bucked his hips to try and dislodge him.

"Then go over there."

Bruce sighed happily at the backrubs, wuffing quietly against Herbert's skin and just being the content puppy that he was. Regardless of whether his butt was being subtly touched or not.

Subtly was going to rapidly turn into not-so-subtle as Herbert bit his lip and gave the muscle a soft squeeze, then let his hand wander over to the other buttock and squeezed that one, too. He was well aware that that was probably as much as he could do without getting caught or waking Bruce up, but it was really, really tempting to go just a little further ...

[Tony slaps Sherlock's side, only hard enough to make a sound, not to hurt, then slips off him. Which was good, because he didn't really like him wiggling between his legs.]

Come on then, let's go.

[He mumbles before softly padding over to Herbert's head, stopping just outside this closed curtains.]

[Sherlock rolls his eyes as he has no idea why this hsould involve him in any way.. but it's not as though he was doing anything important. So he gets up and follows.]

[Twitches at the squeeze but doesn't protest, just wuffing again and shifting until he's mostly lying on top of poor Herbert. That thigh? It's just going to settle between your legs, that's all right with you, right Herb?]

[Herbert squeaks. It's a very small sound, but definitely there, as his eyes go wide. Oh, oh, oh dear. The smaller boy is suddenly hyperaware of every little place the werewolf is touching him, as the more cynical pert of himself reminds him that this is probably the closest he's ever going to get to anything resembling intimate touch - a sleeping roommate flopped on top of him who would hastily scramble off if woken up.

That leg position is perfectly all right with Herbert, as long as Bruce isn't going to object to the sudden springing to life of a very embarrassing erection and to Herbert yanking on the covers to make absolutely certain they're both covered up because GOD.]

[On hearing the squeak, Tony wastes no time in yanking open the curtains and just looks down at the pair of them and just stares at what he sees. Really not sure with what to do with the situation that's been presented to him.]
