It started like a typical meeting for supplementary lessons. Dirk wasn't even one of Murdoc's students. Murdoc didn't even teach potions, and yet here they were. Murdoc knew enough, and Dirk wanted to learn more. For some unknown reason, Dirk liked being around Murdoc so this arrangement worked well enough. But then Dirk's imagination got the best of him. He was daydreaming a la Jack Sparrow when, without even realising it, he started seriously thinking of himself as a real life pirate! Abruptly, he pushed his book aside and stood on the table, arms akimbo. "Arr, Captain! Let's go find some booty!"

He hefts the chest up with a soft grunt.]

Okay, don't worry. I'm a first mate. I know how to navigate really well! We're not that far from the exit of the castle, anyway. Not the main one, but one close enough and there's a clear shot to the ship from there. I don't know how far it is though, but maybe like a kilometre? And then when we get to the ship we can try to eat limes! They're reeeaally sour but arr, we won't be gettin' the scurvy!
