WHO: Constance Peixes and OPEN
TONE: Depressing
RATING: PG, possibly -13 for language.
WHEN: September 27th
WHERE: Throughout the school; name the place and I'll roll with it
WHAT: Be careful what you wish for; wishing you'd never had anything to do with someone may have unintended consequences. Like your daughter becoming invisible to you.
STATUS: Ongoing
[I wish I could just forget anything ever happened between Murdoc and I had been a recurring thought on Constance's part since that engagement announcement. It would make life easier if she could forget her feelings, if she could just snap her fingers and have all that hurt disappear.
She'd hardly noticed it at first, because she had gone about her day normally. Papers to mark, lectures to prepare, correspondence to send, all of it. But over time, things didn't hurt the way they had been. There wasn't a tug at her heart when she saw the kids. It was like she'd forgotten she even had children.
So now, she's walking the halls with her head held high, and there's a frosty air about her. She would be cordial enough, if you were talking to her, but do you want to, with the way she's acting like she owns the place?]
