At the mention of Tavros, the Slytherin's face went flat again. There was something dangerous in his dark eyes, as he stares back hard at her. It's not as though he poses a real threat to an adult witch of her accomplishment, but it's a clear warning that there's something fundamentally wrong with this kid, something that could go very, very bad given the right set of circumstances.
