WHAT: Arthur is taking a moment to work on his lesson plans. Leaving the door wide open, in case a student has a questions.

Arthur sat at his desk, a few enchanted books floating near by, however he only only seems to be glancing at them occasionally as he writes down what he will have his students do over the next term.

After reading over what he had written he sits back against his chair and stirs his tea, before taking a sip of it while flipping through the pages of one of the books floating near by.

He soon becomes engrossed in the book, pulling it in closer as poured over the text in front of him. He pulls a note book towards him as he makes the occasional notes on the charms and procedures hidden within.

The boy poking his head into the room is ... odd looking, to put it mildly. Since it's no longer class hours, he isn't wearing his robes, so it might take a moment to connect the tall, lanky boy in weird clown face paint? And polka dotted pajama pants and a t-shirt with the the messy-haired third year Slytherin who always does so terribly in his class.

"Uh ... professor?"

Arthur looks up from the book to see the teen in front of him, goggles at him for a moment before closing the book and pushing it to one side letting it glide through the air aimlessly.

"Good lord, boy. What is the matter with your face?"

He beckons the boy closesly, not even trying to think about whom he is until he can get to the bottom of all this white face paint.

Gamzee slouches in, hands in his pockets, with a look of sleepy surprise on his face. "Uh, I don't be having the knowing of that? Is it all busted up or something?"

"No, I think I would be less inclined to be so utterly boggled as to what would be wrong with your face if it was, as you put it 'busted up'. Why on earth is it all white? Has someone hexed you?"

Arthur couldn't help but feel annoyed at the thought a student was cursing others on Hogwarts grounds. It was needless stupidity and wouldn't be all that helpful in the real world.

Gamzee just stared at the professor, face utterly blank for a few moments, before sudden animation lit his painted features again. "Oh! Motherf- uh, yeah, ain't no thing, just my way of showing I'm down with the clown, you know?"
