[While Bruce isn't a fan of sweets, he's in need of chocolate to help him perk up after the full moon that will be coming soon. So he's bearing with the overwhelming noise of the students happily chattering at each other while wrestling for the different sweets. He's keeping it simple though and just has a couple of large bars of chocolate in hand, standing in line for the register.]

[Tony slips in behind him at line, and knocks the back of his knees with the front of his own knees.]

[Squawks and falls against him, nearly sitting on him.]

Tony what the hell-!?

[arrogantalloy]

Woah

[Grabs Bruce as he falls against him to he doesn't fall further.]

I was just saying 'hey'

[Flushes at being caught and straightens up with a huff, shoving at Tony with good nature.]

what happened to the conventional 'hi' or a tap on the shoulder?

[Tony gives the shove a lop-sided grin and lets him create space, giving his own neck a quick rub. Before straightening up himself.]

I say 'hi' to you most mornings, thought I'd try something different.

[Snorts and shakes his head.]

I know I say this a lot but seriously - you are ridiculous sometimes. [Takes a look at Tony's hands.]

Getting anything for yourself?

It's part of my job description.

[He looks down at his own hands then shrugs, putting them in his pockets.]

I'm still fairly stocked up from last time we were here. So I don't need anything. I just came down here for some time away from the castle.

... Alone? [Looks confused, gets jostled and blinks, quickly paying for his chocolates and stepping out of the line.]

Yeah? I don't always have to have company, do I? I can just be on my own sometimes.

You're not the lone-wolf type. You like having a pack. [Shrugs and steps out of the shop because ew, people and noise.]

You say that like I don't spend most of my time alone hunched over books.

[He follows him out lazily]

Not to mention I live alone in a mansions with a butler.

You usually drag me along when you're hunching over the books - and who was it that invited 5 people to his mansion in New York over the holidays? Besides, you always have Happy on you at the last.

[Arthur's on his way out when he spots his friend. He shouts over to him, giving a quick wave once he's noticed and indicating that he'll wait for him outside.]

[Grins and nods, waving him off before turning back to the till. After making his purchase, he crams the chocolates into his bag before struggling through the shop and finally out into the chilly autumn day outside, taking a deep inhale of the crisp cool wind to calm himself after the near claustrophobic experience.]

[He smiles, pushing away from the wall beside the door to join Bruce as he leaves the shop.]

It usually is. I guess students just can't get enough sweets?

[Chuckles and runs a hand through his hair.]

For the moment. Are you? Or is Tony lurking about just begging for my elbow in his midriff again?

I'm alone for now and I figure Tony's on a date or something.

A date? Which poor sod agreed to go on a date with him?
