But trying to get those reactions over and over, though? Seems like it'd be repetitive.
We were talking earlier about the shack in town. You know, the one everyone says is incredibly haunted? I think if he turns up we were going to try to check it out.

Not really. It's moving Victor which really is the most fun. Especially if it's just a fraction of an inch. He'll stare at it suspiciously for at least 10 minutes before moving it around till it looks like it's back in the right place.
The shrieking shack? Yeah, as far as I know, guys take girls as close as they dare at it to get the girls to make out with them.
[Smirks, knows for a fact.]

I know that smirk. Because I've done the same thing. But keep in mind that even though there is a long and storied history of fear-charged snogging associated with the place, that's not the only reason to go there.

It's a haunted house. You've seen one you've pretty much seen them all. The only reason to go there is to make out. I'm starting to think Sherlock isn't as inept as I think he is sometimes... Or he's been paying too close attention to me, either way. It's good to know my baby has grown.

And yet again, no matter how many times you imply otherwise, it's not a date!

It's moments like this I forget muggle-borns don't just have things like that. Yeah, he's had it ever since I moved in. At least it's just human.
I know for a fact that making out doesn't have anything to do with being on a date. Haven't been on all that many dates. But I have made out often enough.
[Here John, have a smug little grin.]

That... is the first time I've ever heard the phrase "just human" applied a skull. Preferably it'll be the only time as well.
And has anyone ever told you that you're a real gentleman, Tony Stark?

Actually, yeah, they have. Unsarcastically too. Believe me, I know how to treat a girl.
